According to me this one thing will be the reason Fateh will be reluctant to let Tejo go, but I don't think he'll touch her again until Fatejo reunite after their break-up. I mean I could be wrong but I don't see him doing it again any time soon.

Yup, with Jasso he had emotional connections, and with Tejo he had physical ones.

Physical relations sometimes do give birth to emotional attachment and with how emotional Fateh is as a person plus with Tejo being his best friend... you can see where this is going.
