Ekta is sort of known to take out khundak on actors leaving her show mid way. It took a decade for her to cast Rajeev Khandelwal again.

Pulkit Sharma even dragged her to court for non payment and not letting him work for other PHs.

 

I don't have any idea about ekta behaviour and I didn't think that way so I don't know.

I don't know who is better and who is not.  They all have their share of problems and we can't blame them.  All I would say is, they all need to be careful when offering/signing the  contracts.
