To be honest i was a bit angry at the ending of today's episode even though i support Pallavi so i decided to change things a bit and make us all happy happy.

DRABBLE 6: PRIORITY

Even though their already was a void filled in their hearts, the simple yet meaningful confession sealed it well. Pallavi sat infront of the mirror as she smiled to herself. She had never expected to turn out as a sepecial person to someone, it had always been the opposite i.e. she would take care of the people around her and in return they would choose someone else above her.

For example, at the night of Mandaar's supposed accident, he had chosen his important work over his wedding rituals and his newly wedded wife who sat for hours waiting for him. But now he was back and along with him had brought back fears into her heart. Fears of loosing the love of her life, Raghav. Even though it had only been 2 hours that they had confessed their love for each other, Raghav had made sure to tell her those three magical words everytime he saw her, apparantly to an extent where she had to shush him up from voicing it out to the entire world, scared of the embarressment she would face if her mother-in-law or any worker heard that.

So on her insistance, they had decided to have a code language for it. And somewhere it was cute and more relaxing to express their love in a different sort of way infront of everyone. Right now she felt overwhlemed to have been loved and adorned by a person so much that she might just burst out crying some happy tears but this was not the time of it. Pulling herself up she admired the Maharashtrian look one last time before she walked out and met his gaze. He, who had made this world feel like a dream to her. Her Husband. Her Raghav.

She was well aware of his strong gaze on her as she walked down those stairs and stood right infront of him. The way he complimented her and she responded back to him, no words were spoken but still alot was said. And then he did that. That gesture she never thought would affect her this much. He moved closer as he did their code and encouraged her to do the same but before she could reply back, Amma disturbed them and then apparantly a chimpanzee from the zoo danced in their hall. Sunny.

That guy boiled her blood like no one. Always challenging her like he was some sort of hero. But what can she do now, if Mandaar was alive then there was no murder case and also Keerti was free to choose her own life partner. As Amma said , once she falls into the pit that is when she'll realise her mistake.

"Pallavi kidhar khoya hai tum?" Raghav asked as they all made their way to the dining area.

"Nahin kuch nahin. Sab kuch kitna sundar hai na." she smiled praising him for being so thoughful over their little celebration.

"Abhi kuch aur bhi hai. Main tumhare liye ek gift bhi laaya hai. Room main hai, abhi jaakar laata hai." Raghav's eyes glistened in excitement as he ran back to their room to get her gift.

"Yeh Raghav bhi na." Amma laughed at her son acting like a kid. Just then Pallavi's phone rang. It was her baba calling and thinking of it to be important she picked the call only to hear a panicked voice from the other side.

"Pallavi jaldi ghar aaja. Mandaar khana bhi nahin khaa raha hai na kisi ki baat sun raha hai. Bas kamre ka darwaza band karke baitha hai" she could hear Kaku banging the door in the background.

Pallavi cancelled the call quickly and turned to Amma as she spoke in a tensed voice.

'Amma baba ka call tha. Shayad koi issue ho gaya hai main abhi aati hoon." saying so she ran out and seconds later Raghav walked in with a gift in his hand.

"Amma Pallavi kidhar gaya?" he asked.

"Woh-" but before Amma can reply the Chimpanzee jumped in.

"Bhai ab uska pehla pati aa gaya hai aur woh uski priority hai toh woh toh gayi." he added ghee to the already burning fire and as soon as the words registered themselves into Raghav's mind, he dropped the box on the floor.

"Raghav koi problem hi hua hoga." Amma tried to keep her son calm.

"Amma aap kab tak Pallavi ko defend karengi." Keerti spoke in a disgusting voice.

"Aur usne toh aaj dikha diya na ki uske liye uska pehla pati hi uski priority hai." Sunny tried testign Raghav's patient a bit more when a voice stopped him.

"Priority ke upar lecture tum na hi do toh behtar hai." Pallavi spoke as she stood at the entrance.

"Pallavi." Amma smiled watching her daughter-in-law.

"I mean Sunny tum yeh sab bol rahe ho. Jo apni hi girlfriend ko police ke darr se murder case main chhodhkar bhaag raha tha. Tch Tch. Sorry han keerti mujhe laga tha ki tum iski priority ho." Pallavi smirked as she stood beside Raghav.

"Teri toh-" Sunny got up.

"Dekho mujhe toh bahut bhook lagi hai isliye tumhaare faltu dramo ke liye mere paas time nahin hai." she showed her palm to him and turned to face Raghav.

"Mere husband ne itni mehnat se sab plan kara hai usko spoil mat karo. Waise Raghav tum toh mera gift lene gaye the na?" she asked him hooking her arm around his making Raghav smile.

"Han sorry woh gir gaya tha." he picked up the box and gave it to her.

"Thank you. Chalo khaana khaate hai." Pallavi signalled him to get seated.

" Par Pallavi tum toh pehle kaafi tensed tha. Kya ho gaya tha?" Amma asked as they both sat facing Nibba-Nibbi.

"Woh baba keh rahe the ki Mandaar khana nahin kha rahe hai aur gate nahin khol rahe hai. Toh main aa jaun kyunki unhe sirf mera naam laga hai toh sabko laga ki main unhe sambhal lungi." Pallavi replied.

"Phir tum gaya nahin?" Raghav asked happiness clearly visible in his eyes.

"Nahin. Maine socha mujhse zyada toh woh Dr unhe sambhal lengi. akhir woh unhe apni maa maante hai toh maine uss Dr. ko phone krdiya. Woh thori der main ghar pahuchkr sab sambhal lengi." Pallavi smiled assuring him with her eyes.

"Chaliye sab khana khaate hai. Sunny aaj toh tum pet bharke khana akhir jail main kuch achcha nahin mila hoga na." pallavi smirked and everyone controlled their laughter as they began eating the delicious cuisine.

Raghav gently kept his hand on hers under the table as she looked at him. He was happy that she chose him, the fear of loosing her long gone now.

"Relax Ghamandi Rao bola tha na ki main tumhaari wife hoon, tumhe kabhi nahin chodhkar jaungi." Pallavi gently squeezed her hand as they enjoyed the little celebration of finally finding their home within each other.

I just couldn't hold myself till Monday so wrote this wierd drabble out of the blue. Do give your reviews.

I know i promised a mature OS to a few people but i'll surely post that tomorrow.
