Umm considering the fact that we all thought she has always been her real self with Shiva and not Dev, I am not sure what I can make of this. It can be that she is back to her usual self always smiling but with Shiva she is tensed about why he went back to the way he was so her smile gets strained too..and Shiva feels that difference and in his insecurity thinks that it is due to her being unhappy with him rather than her being unhappy for him( since he is more gruff and moody these days and it makes her confused or so)
