Okay, today was slightly better than yesterday, but not by a large margin. But today was the return of two ideas that the makers wanted to remind us of in case we forgot. We got to see Adi call Malini as Jr. AC but then MU ke chakkar meinn humein balti bhar bhar ke dd jaap bhi mila. Oh why do we even think that we have gone over that mountain, when it just comes back every few episodes to remind us that "Aap humein bhul gaye? Hume yahin pe hai, aapke paas"đ¤˘
Getting back to the episode, we get Imlie and the Jr. T's looking for Adi as AC and everyone taunts her about him being missing. Uspe Imlie ka bulbwa jal uthta hai and she gets Nishant in her plan to solve this situation. Super girl that she is, she gets ready in less than 2 mins to put up an impressive performance with Adi's pic stuck to her back. I have got to mention here that ST was beyond impressive here. She is so graceful and beautiful while dancing, and the whole thing was really well done. When she came on stage and turned to show Adi's face, the entire auditorium was stunnedđ Jr. T's and the judges were pleasantly surprised, while the diabolical ladies including AC ko shock laga laga. Anyway today Imlie proved that even if your partner is not always there with you, as long as you have their support, they will always be there within you to give you strength to face any situation. Aaj BS ka saath and rishta were the pankh jis se Imlie ne bhare society ke saamne udaan bhari aur finals mein phir bhi pahunch gayi, despite losing the round to bad wig ladyđ. During the entire performance, Aparna could not decide whether to be proud of her or to continue to be mad at her. She wanted to appreciate her for making her proud, but could not do it coz AC ke taanon ka chashma is still on her eyes.
Parallel mein bechare humare abla naar was still locked up and finally saved by Sundar. Malini in teh meanwhile gets a call by KC, who as usual taunts her for going to Adi's house (dil ko sukoon mila sunkarđ) She gets mad at Adi & him, saying that when he is not bothered, I will also not be and waste his time for him treating me like this. Of course MU happens, but not like we thought. Humein laga Imlie ko MU hoga, yahaan pe to Adi typical ITV bahu ke tarah misunderstands that Malini was the one who locked himđ. Woh wahaan se bhaag kar reaches the venue to see everyone clapping and Imlie on stage with the performance complete (aur yahaan pe kis kis ke sapne toot gaye that Adi will dance with her, or atleast see her dance, but kucho nahi milađ) Woh bechara itna remorseful ho gaya that humari wajah se tum haar gayi, but Imlie being Imlie, jab usne BS ko kabhi kisi cheez ke liye blame nahi kiya, toh yahaan par bhi she did not allow him to go on a guilt trip because of not being there for her (Baad mein kisi aur cheez ka guilt deti hai, which is a whole other point I will get to) She assures him that she is okay and she does not blame him for anything as long she has his saath.
AC spots Malini and goes to find out what she is doing there again (people are just used to her tapkaoing at the T house aivaiye, that they forget she may actually have a logical reason to be theređ) Malini as usual berates her mom asking why she is interfering in Adilie's life and that she can solve her own problems, jispar Adi in his MU taunts her that she did just that by locking him in his room to prove a point, showing how she is just like her mother.
Anyway, today the funny part was, unintentionally hi sahi, aaj to society wali ladies ne bhi Imlie ki tareef kar di, that she is so talented, making Aparna again conflicted that whether what she is doing is right or wrong, and that was so cute to watch. Then her diabolical partner reminded her that Adi ke aane ke bina hi, they have taunted us so much, had we not locked Adi then there would have been even more. Aparna remembers that even when Adi was kid she would lock him in a room to make him think about his deeds whenever he did something wrong (My god, bechara Adi, yeah Aparna ke parenting skills are really making me feel horrible for that little kid and to a large extent understand Adi's personality today). She assumed that by repeating that today, he will realize his mistake & apologize to her again, like he used to do as a kid. This is overheard by the Jr. T's who are unable to believe their ears that the diabolical twins were the reason that Adi could not come to the venue on time for the performance. Adi is rattled on hearing what his mom did, as he never expected her to go to this extent to betray Adilie. To which Aparna quips that I was doing exactly what you have done, given you the same dhoka that you gave us and Malini by choosing Imlie. She justifies her actions by saying that she did this because Adi is her world and she will do anything to protect that world. God today Aparna crossed a line that bothered me as well. No matter how angry, no parent can call themselves as samajhdar if they go to the level of abuse and physically hurt someone by using tit for tat just to prove their point. Her justifications and being almost proud of her actions creeped me out today, that none of her earlier kand ever did. Will she ever redeem herself in my eyes, I am not sure. While I may be okay if Imlie forgives her and even accepts her after all this, but somewhere I feel what she did to Adi is unforgivable. She can never be fully redeemed in my eyes for that, no matter what she does in the future. Anyway when Imlie reminds the D twins that she is doing all this just for their happiness, Aparna categorically mentions that she will continue to not accept Imlie even if she gets the trophy, as she wanted that trophy in the hands of Malini or even Pallavi, not Imlie.
Anyway, Adi realizes that he as usual has reacted impulsively without thinking by blaming Malini for this mess, to which Imlie gets shocked that how could he even think that she would do something like that (she as usual has wiped the sindoor kand from her memory) They go to apologize to Malini, who as usual is being given a different kind of pep talk by her mother. Today AC was the voice of truth & logic, with a few additional gems that were not needed, but she used that diatribe to give achche se chabi to Malini and go from there. Obviously after that Malini refused to listen to any of Adi's justifications and just left from there, giving room for didi jaap to grow to insurmountable proportions.
Back at the T house, Imlie is upset that despite going to the next round, people are still mad at her, even her Malini di, which is not allowing her to fully enjoy this win. In the meanwhile Adi is continuing his soory jaap to Malini for being so mean and misunderstanding her intentions. As always, we get an Adilie scene, where the entire point of discussion is ho Malini is hurt and Adi should manao her after being such a bad friend. Imlie tries to make him feel better by saying that he should keep trying and that she will also apologize when she goes to college. Tabhi Adi says a line that vindicated @Flowerhater's thoughts today for me. He goes lamenting that no matter what I have done wrong in the past, Malini has never stopped talking to me and that he has lost his "besht friend"đ. Aaah Adi, you will never learn will youđ
Anyway, tomorrow's precap shows Imlie being worried for the next round, as it needs Aparns to participate with her, which Aparna overhears, and like a typical ITV saas vows to ruin for Imlie. She looks so funny when she tries to be all vampish with Imlie, when we know that she cannot do it and also that Imlie is going to be winning BBC, so all this will anyway be a moot point.đ
