To be very honest I also liked the episode, as to me it was very natural. Fateh didn't think of Jasmin at all since the time they were in the car. There was tension between them. Even when they entered the house the intensity was there. If we take the locket part and precap, it was a really good episode. I know people think that Fateh is going to treat this very casually, but guys let’s see what happens tomorrow. He was a bit shy when he woke up, but before that he liked Tejos touch as there was little bit of a smile on his face while waking up to her touch. And to expect every character to fall in love before they move forward in their relationship is just not real. They are husband and wife, they care about each other and they have somewhat chemistry even if they were not able to pinpoint it is there. So why is being intimate at this point in their relationship wrong? Fateh did get jealous of that investor and he accepts the fact that Tejo is his wife. So I think it is very normal to have an intimate relationship as there is something between them.

Also, as for the precap it could be totally Jasmins dream. As Fateh never in his right mind tell Jasmin that he still loves her. As from past episode we have seen that no matter how much she effects him he has never let those feelings show up near Jasmin.

Just saw the episode . It was beautiful and I mean it. Their whole make out was tender and subtle. Nothing like hormonal or sexual outburst rather then simply beautiful.

The actress playing Tejo nailed it. It looked so sophisticated and fine. Fateh was okeyish . The whole scene belonged to Prayanka , Ankit just assisted 😆

If you see contrast , Fateh is shown more like drunk and lustful with Chameli( those after Marraige dream sequences 🤓) while with Tejo it was more like can i do it . One step more please and one more 🤣.

After doing the deed while Tejo was smitten, Fateh is like yaar jo kiya sahi thaa na.... kahee gussa na ho jaye.

Fateh has kind of inferiority complex with Tejo for sure. Banda hamesha intimidated rahta hai ; Tejo thank you . Tejo sorry. Even when he was sneaking at her . He was always like no no it's wrong and then sneaked again . 😛

He is still not out of that Tejo ji mode. No not exactly. Fateh will still need time to digest what he did with Tejo. He will feel it slowly later on. Right now he is shocked at himself for being capable of doing it with TEJO ! 🤣

As for Tejo it was like natural process . The song that played for her was exactly what a smitten women feel once she sleeps with her husband for first time. The way she adored his face was what i call true love. The girl is gonner. She will seep in all pain and silently give up on him once she feels Fateh is suffocating. That's kind of adoration she had in her eyes and that's what that morning song said all about.

Yes Fateh is lucky to have Tejo . You should be lucky to get that kind of sacrificing love from a woman.

I don't care what happens next . All I know my Tejo is gold . The more she burns in fire the brighter she shines.

the owner was probably in Kanneda 👍🏼 lol but in all seriousness- i wasn't ever really THAT interested in jasmine k faltu sapne which now seems to be as fleeting as a period mood swing...just like her 'love' for fateh. with fateh i honestly STILL dont know what HE wants. he had a life before jasmine and tejo right? again sapne and love both as fleeting as a literal hormonal surge in his case as well. but somehow totally in character. he is totally dependent on tejo to 'forget' jasmine AND to have ambitions. and before he was totally dependent on jasmine's 'dream' to have purpose- finding work in Kanneda. tejo is honestly the only one who is not a total joke. she was always a person with her own normal hisaab in life- nothing was end all be all- and it remains that way. i'll watch regardless of whether she gets another hero or gets pregnant or goes to kanneda or a mix of all three as long as she is shown to consistently pick up her pieces and go forward with her life- do her job, do her phd, take care of herself and her family and let go of the bad bits. she did it with jaz, she was not unnecessarily dramatic in her equation with fateh, she stood up for herself and has a mind. as for her love making her stupid- i don't think she's been totally blind- definitely blind sided. i don't expect her to consistently psycho analyse her husband. she's not some paramatma who will have premonitions about the dude. so her attachment to him makes sense to me. its not like fateh is expressedly showing jasmine withdrawal symptoms. he's normal in front of tejo. and normal ppl like her usually don't second guess everything. so even if she loves him, even if she's hurt, even if they separate or whatever- as long as she continues being sensible- i'll watch.

I think fateh had made up his mind to focus on tejo before the trip. If we consider this from solely fictional point of view, they had loosened up, danced and the rain just added heaps of se*ual tension in the mix. There were extra long eye locks and everything was perfect.

And like you mentioned, s*x is a completely natural step in the lives of a married couple and doesn’t need grand declarations of love. Fatejo have a good foundation in place and this was consensual. I genuinely don’t see a problem with any of this.

I had noticed a long time back that there was a contrast in the way fatejo and jasfa’s scenes were executed. The latter had this dreamy quality to them and everything was just exaggerated whereas the former were more grounded and the makers tried to establish a bond there. They had conversations, talked about their dreams and had gotten to know each other while being themselves.

Tejo is a goner for sure. The moment she dreamt about him in that saree, it was game over for her 😭

Her shielding him from those water drops and everything else definitely hints towards her ability to make sure that he is protected, comfortable and happy at all times.

The song, priyanka and ankit, the aesthetics.. everything was perfect!

Here are my honest thoughts on fateh: he is a rich guy who has always had it easy. Doesn’t really have a dream because winning a medal looks like it’s his dad’s dream. He has probably grown up hearing these exaggerated tales of love from his grandfather and has a warped sense of understanding of love. So when he happened to see a beautiful girl, he liked her and declared it love (because he heard about it all the time). He didn’t know shit about jasmine, forget knowing her as a person. So we can’t even take him seriously.

Now jasmine, is a complete airhead who is obsessed with an idea of a place and has pinned her hopes on reaching there with zero effort.

Tejo, the balanced one.. she broke down when jass happened but her will and fateh’s support kept her going.

She’s in love and being dumb comes with it tbh. People are bound to do stupid things, learn and get back on their feet if they happen to fall too hard.

Fateh’s subsequent actions would determine the course and I’m not declaring a war against him till the story unfolds.

Although I thought this consummation scene was driven by lust... at least he wasn’t getting flashbacks of Jasmine. His focus was purely on Tejo. He does admire Tejo, they’ve had quite a few sweet special moments together, so I would assume there was a gradual build up of attraction.

He was really into the moment with Tejo, but one glance at the locket made him revert back to his former (Jasmine obsessed) state

I’m still confused though as what to make of this consummation scene... like was it love making or just having s3x? Obviously Tejo would think she made love to him... par Fateh toh... fckboi energy 😵

That's why I'm pretty sure, Had Jasmine not been confronting Fateh so much, He might have fallen for Tejo by now , if not, then after this night, for sure 😳, but alas this is ITV 🤔

But the way his expressions changed after he saw the locket, I hate him now 🥺 its should not have bothered him, considering how much he was drooling for Tejo just last night that inspite giving subtle hints by Tejo, like laughing off his advances, he still went ahead and made the move. He deliberately sat so close, his chin was on her shoulder, like that is so intimate. (Like i have been married for 8+ yrs and still, if my husband is sitting close like this, it gives me butterflies) so for a girl like Tejo (no experience in love) this was a big move.

your take on fateh makes a lot of sense. but your stereotypical idiot sweet punjabi boy with mummy issues and entitlement is just so over done. and jasmine as well- oh yeh toh bubbly jhalli punjabi girl hain. if i had a penny for every single literally same cutboard punjabi jhalli in indian tv and films- i'd have drowned in pennies. again- def no war on fateh. im just unable to care about anyone in the show but tejo, mahi cos she's just cute and tejo's dad who seems like a normal person stuck with a dysfunctional mother, wife and daughter. even if fateh is a good husband to tejo i feel like they need to build him some depth. kitne din ankit k hotness aur couple chemistry etc pe character chalega?

if i may suggest- don't think too much about unproblematic sex between consenting adults who are also married. its super refreshing to see ppl behave normally. making love is a filmy concept that assumes love to be something that happens in seconds, weeks and months. love is a much more long term process that is built on many different dimensions of a relationship, especially in arranged situation or its equivalence. so attraction is an ok place to start. whether it was love or lust- its ok yaar. s*x doesn't have to be exclusively a translation of love. it can just be them taking a step towards normalizing their relationship. i wouldn't be critical of fateh here. theres a lot more problematic behaviour than this.
