The man is definitely at fault for being a spineless simp here, no denying that. But the thing is, it's the woman who took the initiative of separating the man from his kids, the man did not bring up the idea. And in my opinion, the person who CONCEIVES of such an idea is a repulsive human being. It's all about the mentality here. How much poison do you have to have in you in order to even THINK of separating a man from his child? It's un-imaginable. That's what I'm saying.

So here the second wife is more at fault, since the father didn't cut ties out of his own will.

What?? How did he not cut ties with his family at his free own will?? What kinda of a father would agree to leave his kid because a woman suggested or even made him choose?? Guess who unfit FATHER. The woman has no obligation towards the kid, the parent is the one who’s obligated to protect and love their kids. Unless and until someone held a gun to their head or to the kids head they are 💯 to blame. The women is selfish and inhuman no doubt but the parent who listened is ten times worse than them. I believe kids are better off without such fathers.

Just like Salman and Sanjay Dutt are working in BW despite having done bad things and law is not so strong to punish them.

Even Shilpa will do the same.

Except that men have it easier in getting work in BW where as its difficult to get work if you're a woman having a bad run with law. 🤔

Pȯrn should be legalized. That's the only way young girls won't be exploited in this trade. Why? Our law lacks the wherewithal to actually ensure no pȯrn is being produced. If you cannot stop it, make it legal but create rules around which it can be done.

Frankly, if this Raj Kundra guy were doing his job well and the girls were volunteering to work and they were all running the business ethically, I don't mind this one bit. However, if there is any kind of exploitation involved, then that cannot be excused and perpetrators have to brought to justice.

Yeah watching it is legal... India, despite the strict anti-p*rn laws is one of the, if not THE largest consumer of p*rnography

Some websites say it IS the latgest, some say USA or Philippines or Japan and even Pakistan is the No.1 consumer

I am not sure if it's legal. Then why are so many sites banned? Even international ones?

The laws regarding this are confusing.

Yes the laws are confusing but I remember reading somewhere that watching it in private is legal, otherwise millions of desis are committing crime 😆
