Rishitha's character has been made OTT for the TRP race and Raavi...I just see her getting excited for everything these days😵 This track could have been written in a much better way.
How I wish we got to see Shiva feeling all guilty about the land issue and the truck business flop....Makes efforts sincerely and revives his truck business and gets back the land. He could have also been shown making profits from this business which could have been used in the store's growth.
Dev,instead of all this speaker, money hunting in books...I would have loved him to use his MBA brains....Instead of sitting and drawing room plans..I wish we could have had a scene where he checks the accounts of the store...makes note of the expenses, income and analyses where the money spending needs to be controlled...For the new store opening, I really wish they could have gone to Venture Capitalists who finance all these startups...these are all very much realistic and 2021 style ideas.
I have some serious issues with the writers TRP race has ruined it

We miss that Dhara . She was relatable and she was an awesome character. Even Raavi was shown to be pataka. She did not shy away from professing her love. She was sweet, naive but spoke her heart out. As for Rishita, I don't even know what they are doing to her🤔
Shiva trying to revive truck business would have been a good track. He had said he would take care of repaying the mortgage. Now he isn't doing it😔
Yes Dev could have been shown doing all that. Instead we see him doing subtraction and telling Rishita that Bhabimaa is more important 😕
What they can move it back to 11 and we'll have better tracks... Why can we not trend that?

The channel has certain expectations.the trp had touched 1.9 which is pretty good for the 7.30 slot.so they will not move it to 11 pm again.
11 pm is anyways a good slot for a new show.i heard a new Gul show will be launched in August.
I want a Gombi Raavi scene 😔 They wouldn't give it so I imagined one.( I realised my imagination is at it's best when I am trying to study🤣)
Gombi asks Dhara for chai. Raavi makes him tea and tells him Dhara has gone to the market to get some essentials. Gombi takes one sip and says,"Arey wash chai toh kaafi achhi bani hai par tu dukaan kyun nahi gayi?"
Raavi looks forlorn and says," mai nahi jaungi dukaan. Mujhe laga mai kaam jaanti hu par mai galti pe galti kar rahi thi. Shiva ne bola dhande ka time hai tujhe nahi aata toh tu ghar jaa. Aur sahi bhi toh hai mai toh loss karwa dungi store ka."
Gombi asks her what she did and Raavi tells about the cash mistake, jeera-saunf and atta-maida.
Gombi looks at her and says, "Hmm yeh galtiyaan tujhse toh honi nahi chahiye thi par pehle din mai aisa ho jaata hai kabhi kabhi . Thik hai tu ek kaam kar jis jis time pe dukaan mei bhid kam hoti hai tab jaa aur kaam aur thoda achhe se sikhle phir dekhna tu achhe se sambhal legi sab kuch."
Raavi replies that she would try and was about to leave when Gombi asks her if there was some other problem. Raavi shook her head in a no. Gombi tells her that he knows her since she was a child and something is wrong. Raavi tells him about the sneha incident - how she felt guilty the whole day and wanted to apologize to shiva but then shiva came home drunk; he read her diary where she had written her feelings for Dev and now matter has become worse. "Maine usse kaha ki aap ke karne ke kharcha ke liye mere gehno ka istemaal kare aur usne mujhe mana kar diya aur bola ki humare raaste alag hai."
Gombi says,"Sahi kiya usne ghar ki ek bahu ke liye dusre ke gehne nahi lete. "
"Par Gombi gehne toh zarurat ke time istemaal karne ke liye hi hote hai. Aur yeh parivaar mera bhi toh hai. Zarurat ke waqt mai madad kyun na karu? Uparse yeh jhanjat toh maasi ke liye kangan khareedne ki wajah se hi hui hai na"
"Bahut badi hogayi hai tu bhi. Jab zarurat padeni tab tu bhi madad karlena par abhi toh kaam chal raha hai na. Waise yeh rishta tera aur Shiva ka hai sambhalna tumhe hai par Raavi yeh baat jaan le ki har rishta mein communication important tujhe usse baat karni hogi ki tum dono kya chahte ho."
"Gombi yeh maami ki behen ki beti ka tag hate tab hi kuch ho sakta hai", said Raavi dejectedly. Gombi thinks how Shiva is thinking that he doesn't deserve her and here she thinks he does not like her.
" Woh sab chodiye mujhe pata hai ki aap aaj kal bahut tension mei rehte ho. Aise kya dekh rahe ho mai bhi aap ko itne saalo se jaanti hu. Aap saari problem bata nahi rahe apne bacho nko . Par Gombi aapke bache bhi bade hogaye hai unhe aapki madad karne dijiye. Aapko sab kuch akele sambhalna ki zarurat nahi hai aur"

All I know is PS-Avi style would be very different 😂 but I would also need Esha to support me as a co-writer since she’ll bring the sensibility to the storylines

I don't think star would end it abruptly when the OG and other versions are still on air. They too know that audiences aren't fool some audiences are even watching both the versions especially in Maharashtra. At my home too my mom watch both PS and the marathi version of it.

I don’t think they would abruptly end it either. Their intros to the storylines are not bad, in fact, it’s engaging. But how they solve the storylines is the problem. Plus, I feel that ShiVi and now GauRa have enough of a fan base to keep this show afloat for the time being

They just have to improve a lot. Especially how they handle the other characters as well. Krish isn't just there to crack jokes they can involve him in one or two kands😆 as long as they'll write under the pressure of trps nothing good will come out.
There was a star show which was doing good story wise but fell flat to gain trps so they changed the storyline completely to please the kekta audiences but that backfired as fans protested and in a month it went off air.
I feel the writers shouldve freedom to write their vision and not under channels pressure. PS has so much potential hope they don't ruin it to fetch trps although at the end of the day it's all about business but still.
