I'm giving her pyaar ka bhukar a slip for now. But, yeh sweetness to TM rubs me the wrong way.. I'm assuming she is trying to just stay in good books but still seems shitty.

I think the point of that scene was to highlight TM's medicine, maybe she is gonna use it to help Binoy.

I think the point of that medicine praising was to probably have a call back when she might use TM's meds to cure Binoy? I'm just sticking to this theory now
