Even the distraction was spelt out, it was in her face which was left to the audience to decipher. There was no monologue, yet again. I am not sure if the writers even understand it is especially in Raavi's case, when she is so clueless of Shiva's change in behavior. This is making it difficult to relate to Raavi episode to episode. I was so happy she was on the right track on Saturday's episode and they made her clueless today.

I also like GauRa's scenes, my heart went out to Gautam today.

Dev-Shiva scenes are getting better. The revelation and the aftermath was subdued but maybe they are keeping the drama qotient when Suman gets to know why GauRa didn't have a child for the last 10 years.

In the OG it was all done differently and each character got to know at different stages. Here we see Dev and Shiva to be the first ones to know in Pandya house, there it was Kathir-Mullai (Shiva-Raavi here) who go to know first. But anyway I looking forward to seeing which direction they take this pregnancy track and the room building😃

I'm not going to comment on Raavi's mistakes because I'm honestly worst than her. If foodstuffs aren't visibly different or smell different, I'm going to need labels 🙈

But I agree, the writing for Raavi is deteriorating massively 😔I've been disappointed with her since the diary burning. The only thing going for her right now is that she's no longer insulting him by referring to tel, masale and kirane ki dukaan. Tho I kinda wish she tells him soon that she doesn't think of him that way anymore. Dunno if they're again building up to that separately

In the OG Tamil, Mullai first gets whiff of it, and she is so heartbroken. She wants to tell it to Kathir, but is unable to. The way she tells Kathir "Whatever happens in the future, you should always stand by Dhanam" was so beautifully done ❤️nI wish they had kept this track here. IIRC, it is Mullai who breaks the news to Kathir 😐

To be honest, I expected more drama, build up and emotions. There was so much build up in the OG.. it was an emotional track where Kathir got to know from Mullai first, and he was heartbroken. He reacted very strongly when he came to know he was one of the reasons for his bhabhi's "sacrifice" to not have children and listen to taunts of childlessness all her life. KM tried to resolve the issue and get Dhanam to go see an Ob/Gyn.. finally Kathir had an emotional confrontation with Dhanam and Moorthy supported by Mullai.

It was a long, emotional track and i expected something similar here, but somehow it fell flat for me. Maybe the scene will continue tomorrow, but I expected a stronger reaction from Shiva and Dev, since both have been shown to stand up for Dhara against Maagin's taunts on different occasions.

Also, I don't know why the makers are rushing so phast phast with all the tracks.. this track came after 1.5 years in the OG 😕

Yes, I loved the way the entire reveal and track played along ❤️! It was a great way for Mullai and Kathir to work together, and in the process, they started to understand each other in a deeper level as well as they went to hospitals, Kathir understood Mullai's love for Dhanam, etc. This is why I wish they had delayed the track until Shiva and Raavi were on better terms. I don't mind if Dev joins in as well; however, it would have been a great track for Shiva and Raavi to understand each other.

I am also very happy that the primary focus is off Shiva and Raavi. I am honestly starting to get tired of them (not in a bad way) and am craving to see the other characters, particularly Rishita and Dev as they have the least amount of screen space. Hopefully, this room track + Dhara pregnancy track will put Dev in a positive light so CVs will be comfortable in having the next major track be a DevTa track. I genuinely want to see them solving some sort of problem as they are the most mysterious couple.

I'm honestly conflicted on whether the CVs should retain the original story or change the story to their liking, pulling in whatever they liked from the OG. Raavi and Shiva are quite different from KM, so the original track would not fit as ShiVi have a unique chemistry that needs to be properly explored. However, at the same time, I am not too confident in the CVs handling their own tracks as the haveli track, especially post Dhara danda was a failure for me.

Since the episodes improved in the recent days, I'll give the show another chance, and I will update my thoughts when I form an opinion on whether the CVs should keep the original flow or create their own flow!

I want Gautam to share the land issue with Shiva so that both handle it together. Shiva-Dev are anyway handling the room issue. This takes some of the burden of Gautam! He can continue overseeing the overall finacial situation of the house, but I would love for him to tell Dev and Shiva about things as well, so that they can also help. Especially since Shiva already said that he started the truck business only so that he could also help run the family
