It was a great story!
This one focused on the body switch aspect as well for a few chapters (the Emperor had to go through a period while all the court ladies mocked him for being 'dramatic'), but it also focused on other aspects like the Empress realizing how difficult the Emperor's job was since all his ministers were dumb fools, he had to read scrolls (she doesn't know how to read as she was born to be a warrior), and he had to lead a kingdom which was harder than it seemed.
And meanwhile the Emperor had to deal with the catty court ladies, all of whom he despised by the end as he realized how fake they were. He realized his mother was bullying his wife, which how he learned to stand up to his wife more. And he realized how difficult it was to wield a sword and fight since the FL did it so seamlessly and naturally.
I already love it🖤
All the stories mentioned above have some sort of charm to them. I know some of the descriptions might seem lackluster, but they all have character growth in more ways than one which I enjoy reading more than just mindless romance
Of course, I also have guilt pleasure stuff that I read for the pure sake of fueling my fangirl heart 🤣
I was talking generally everywhere in life🙃🙂

At one point in my life I used to download scores of books on my cell and read one per day. Read so many of them that don’t even remember their names but plots I remember. It was like I had to keep reading🤣
There was one book in which the girl is the daughter of a hypnosis expert and she wants to get popular in her school so she hypnotizes the most popular guy and then it turns way out of hand. He starts doing hilarious stuff. Then it starts becoming madness and obsession. Her mother comes to know and she intervenes.
