While in Bikaneer, they were pretty much isolated from friends and family. Even though the others had group outings, KD and Alice would always be “missing” in action. They unfollowed Pallavi at the same time almost, and, Simran even said KD and Alice were always together. Could be wrong, but I think their friendship turned into attraction after Kinshuk’s birthday. That’s around the time I saw them in less group photos.
This also corresponds around the time Alice went and liked all of KD’s baby/younger pictures.
