That bed that GauRa sleep on is actually not very comfortable. You don’t get good sleeping posture on it. And also they’re sleeping outside, so I thought that GauRa room should have the priority. But considering how much goes into a room and how less goes into getting a bed. It was easier to accomplish the bed part for ShiVi. Hence what they’re doing makes sense 😆

Regardless you bring up many important points! Gaumbi looked heartbroken being questioned like that by Hardik. As you said, it is a temporary situation. If he really felt strongly, he should've privately called Gaumbi over to offer financial help for the time being. If Gaumbi doesn't want to take it for free, Hardik could've poised the money as a temporary loan in which Gaumbi could pay him back in full when he is financially secure.
