Chapter 35: Women Power

Recap: Case Investigation, Liza in problem, SamJun and Ayesha are aware, Hypnotist caught, Back to office.

Soon after she hangs up on the call "Sir woh dono office pohonch chuki hai." she informs the men.

"Let's go" Sameer orders and they leave back to ETF office.

As soon as they entered the office, they saw Sakshi standing with a huge smile on her face, as though her friend was really getting married. But Liza was no where to be seen . "Sakshi, Liza kahan hai?" Chotu asked and Sakshi got out from the view. There they saw Liza, adorning a red lehenga with golden embroidery work done all over it and a pallu which covered her head. With the lehenga she paired green coloured choker, maang-tika, nath and jhumkas to show contrast. She completed her look with red bangles. Bangles which complete the look of any bride.

ChoRee and Ayesha stood gazing at the angel right in front of them. This made Liza more nervous as she was expecting a comment, but all she got was admiring looks. She looked at SamJun as her only hope. Arjun nodded his head in positive with a small smile and Sameer blinked his eyes in approval.

Liza frowned at this. She didn't know how to comfort Sameer and when thinking of a plan, she saw Arjun smile at her assuredly. He knew what she was thinking and wanted her to stop exerting herself on this matter. Chotu broke from his trance and all were looking at Shree, who was just admiring Liza.

Ayesha to prevent from the situation getting more awkward cleared her throat, which made Shree come back to his senses. He realised what he was doing and wanted to cover up for it. "Chipkali shayad tum bhul rahi ho yeh ek nakli shaadi hai. Nakli shaadi pe itna kharcha?" he mocks her and Liza gets annoyed.

"Specky main ache se jaanti hun ki meri asli shaadi nahi ho rahi hai. And FYI yeh bhaade pe liya hua lehenga aur jewellery hai." She huffed in anger. "Ohh matlab thoda toh dimaag hai tum mein." Shree states and this earns him a glare from everyone. He pouts after which all glance away and Liza passes a smirk to him making him more furious.

"Abhi Liza tum zara bhi tension mat lo. Hum kuch gadbad hone nahi denge. Hum hai wahan." Ayesha states to keep Liza at more of an ease. "I know. Lekin aap logon ko kaise pata chalega ki main kahan hun?" she asks.

"Iss tracker ki madad se." Shree answers, while he comes out with a watch in his hand. Liza looks at him strangely "Specky yeh watch hai.. tumhaari aankhein kharab ho gayi hai kya?" Liza mocks at him thinking he made a mistake. Shree simply passes a sarcastic smile and grabs her hand, making her wear the watch.

"Chipkali.. iss watch mein tracker laga diya hai maine. Aur isski madad se hum tumhe track kar sakte hai. Samjhi?" Liza looks at him fondly and the watch which he selected.

"Maan na padega Specky tumhaari choice badi achi hai." She implies as she looks at the watch on her hand. Shree adjusts his specks proudly, "I know!" he says with a smile.

"Aur yeh ek dusra hathiyar taiyar kiya hai maine. Agar humein der ho gayi, yaa Yuvraaj humse aage hua toh Liza isska istemal kar lena." saying so Shree takes her left hand and slips the ring in ring finger. She is pretty shocked at this and so are the others. But Liza understands that Shree didn't realise what he did hence she just gestures everyone to forget about it.

"Agar tum yeh chota wala button press karogi jo peeche laga hua hai, toh iss ring se ek sui niklegi jiss se uss Yuvraaj ko behosh kiya jaa sakta hai, aur tum wahan se nikal sakti ho." he states. (the ring can be seen in the bride's hand in the above photo)

He steps back after informing her everything and lets the seniors take in charge. "Any doubts Liza?" Arjun asks.

"No sir." Liza answers strongly. A bark is heard and all look in the direction of the sound. Hope comes running to Liza and the men along with Ayesha are shocked. "Yeh yahan kya kar raha hai?" Chotu asks concerned.

Sakshi smiles looking at their concerned eyes "Main leke aayi." she smiles. Arjun rolls his eyes and was about to give her an earful when Sakshi speaks "Hope humaare kaam aa sakta hai. Agar Liza ko track nahi kar paaye toh Hope hai na. He is very talented and trained, if you all remember." Arjun just looks away and Sakshi looks at everyone for approval. Sameer nods in approval.

Since there are no further queries Sameer suggests it's better to leave early as they can reach late due to traffic. Liza reaches the temple through cab, so that Yuvraaj has no doubts arising.

She gets a cab from him as soon as she reaches the temple. "Haaye babydoll! Kitni achi lag rahi ho?" he admires her beauty. She gets irritated, but there was no point of it so she tries to relax herself "Gusse mein toh aur bhi zyada achi dikhti ho tum." he smirks.

"Ho kahan tum Yuvraaj?" Liza straight away comes to the point. "Main batata jaata hun, tum follow karte jaana." he instructs and Liza just rolls her eyes disgusted. "Waise shaadi ke baad bhi yahi karna hai tumhe. Abhi se aadat daal do." This makes Liza clench her fist until her nails hurt.

Soon he starts giving her instructions and she follows it and reaches a place far away from any sort of human interaction. Her heartbeat rises, she starts sweating profusely, faces with shortness of breath, but she tries to control all of it and walks inside the door.

Her eyes are wide open when she takes a look at her surrounding. There were CCTV footages of the temple area on the monitor. This meant he had planned each and every step of his and he was ready for any sort of attack. She clutches on to her lehenga in fear.

Yuvraaj walks upto her "Wow tum bhi betaab ho main nahi jaanta tha. Bohot jaldi aa gayi tum. Muhurat se aadha ghanta pehle." he talks being pretty impressed by the turn of events. Liza was about to speak when Pandit ji calls them "Beta muhurat ke shuru hone se pehle puja sampann kar lete hai. Iss se beti tumhara vyavahik jeevan sukhi rahega." he states.

There is fear in his voice and when she looks around she finds a room locked and faint voices heard from that direction. She then looks at the priest who has his eyes glued to the door and it takes no much of time for Liza to guess that Yuvraaj has kidnapped the priest's family.

"Kab se planning kar rakhi thi haan? Aur itni himaat aayi kahan se tum mein?" Liza questions Yuvraaj fearlessly.

Yuvraaj pulls out a knife and places it on her neck "Himmat toh bohot hai mujhme babydoll. Ab tak dekha kahna hai?" He smirks and looks at her. Her eyes are not even blinking for a second as she continues to look into Yuvraaj's eyes "Don't worry yeh tumhaare liye nahi hai. Tumhein kaabu mein rakhne ka mere paas ek aur hathiyaar hai. Yaad hai na?" He laughs vilely and Liza shakes internally.

Liza walks up to the mandap and takes her seat. She performs the ritual as instructed by the priest. He also unwillingly instructs her "Prabhu parivaar ki moh mein, main ek ladki ka jeevan nasht kar raha hun. Ho sake toh mujhe kshama kar dena. Aur iss bachi ki raksha ke liye kissi ko bhej dena." he prays silently.

After the pooja gets over, Yuvraaj is informed and he walks towards the mandap excited, when he notices unusual men in the temple. He soon comes to know they are ETF members and walks towards Liza in anger. He angrily squishes her cheeks "Maine kaha tha na, ki mujhe koi aur nahi chahiye sivaay hum dono ke. Phir? Ab tum isska anjaam dekhti jaao." He warns her and walks towards the monitor.

Liza in an impulse gets up and rushes behind him with the wooden pooja chowki in her hand. She was about to hit him with it when he holds her by the neck and hits her head to the table. Blood oozes out from her forehead and she wails in pain. He tries to attack her and she tries to defends herself. During the defense, the watch slips out from her hand. She looks at the watch and was about to catch hold of it, when Yuvraaj just drags her out from there, leaving everything behind.

Liza tries to attack him with the ring, but remains unsuccessful due to the grip he had on her. She tries again and again until she reaches a dark room, a room where there were old idols of Lord Shiv-Paravati. She is thrown inside the room and Yuvraaj closes the door and locks it from inside.

"Pehle nakli pictures viral karne wala tha, ab asli pictures viral honge. Too bad Liza D'Cruz. Humesha smart banti thi na? Aaj main batata hoon ladkiyon ke liye kya sahi hai aur kya galat." he takes slow steps towards Liza. Liza dashes herself to the wall and now there was no place she could run to.

Here on the other side as soon as Yuvraaj took Liza out, the team entered. "Liza.. Liza.. Liza..." All screamt so that she could hear and reply. The priest comes to them "Woh jaanwar uss ladki ko leke kahin aur chala gaya. Aapke aane ki khabar ho chuki thi usse." he states and all throw their hand in air in disappointment "Damm itt!!" screams Sameer.

"Sir Liza ki watch." Chotu informs as he picks the watch from the floor. "Kahin Liza ko..." Ayesha utters but stops when all glare at her. She realises that it was not the time.

While they were having their conversation the priest took out the spare keys and opened the locked door. His son and wife came out crying and hugged him tight. He embraced them in a tight hug. The team realised what might have happened. "Kya aapko pata hoga ki woh Liza ko kahan leke jaa sakta hai?" Arjun asks the priest.

"Haan woh usse store room leke jaa sakta hai. Lekin yahaan bohot saare hai. Anaaj ke liye ek hai, puraane murti ke alag, chadave ke liye ek aur jagah hai." The priest answers, but adds "lekin isski koi guarantee nahi hai ki store room mein hi mile woh."

But by then Hope smells for Liza and when he is able to, he pulls everyone in that direction. "Yeh kahan leke jaa raha hai?" Arjun asks irritated.

"Liza ke paas." Sakshi answers and they run. Hope gets confused due to the number of people present there. Afternoon pooja begins and the temple is filled with the positive sound of the shankh, ghanti, and claps.

Here inside, Liza saw no way out from the room. She had mentally given up, that's until she heard the sound. Once she heard the positivity all around her, she tried to again give the ring a shot. And so she did but he caught hold of her hand and hit it against the wooden desk present there. The ring broke into pieces and so did the needle, hidden inside it.

Yuvraaj pulled her towards him with great force and she couldn't stop him. She soon freed herself from his grip and tried running away but he didn't let her. The male ego in him wanted to hurt her and not forgive her for the backstab. She had no more strength to fight the demon. Yuvraaj held her and pushed her against a desk. The nails got pierced inside her palm inflicting more injuries.

But when she fell, she landed at the feet of Maa Parvati. She looked up and there was a spark in her eyes. She took Her blessings and was ready to get up when Yuvraaj pounced on her preventing her from escaping. Liza had no more tolerance left.

She took the nail which she had removed from her palm and stabbed him hardly with it. This made him scream in pain and seeing this as an opportunity she runs away. But there was no place to go to as he had locked the door with the help of a key. She was stuck there and now it felt like a dead end to her. With a wounded shoulder Yuvraaj walks upto her and now she just prays for help.

"Bhagwan please meri team ko bhej do. Please."

Yuvraaj had just placed his hand on her choli when the door breaks open. Chotu standing in the centre with SamJun at his side, Shree, Ayesha and Sakshi behind. Liza cries looking at them.

Looking at the amount of people Yuvraaj tries to run away but Chotu catches hold of him. He was about to beat Yuvraaj black and blue when Sameer stopped him "Ruko Chotu.. isska ilaaj ladkiyan karengi." saying so Sameer gave all charge to Sakshi and Ayesha.

Chotu let go off him and Sakshi and Ayesha started to approach him. "Yeh ladkiyan mera kya bigaad sakti hai?" He let out a chuckle. But that chuckle soon turned into scream when Ayesha punched him on his stomach. Sakshi too hit him hard on his face making his nose bleed. One by one both the girls taught him a lesson.

Shree took charge and deleted all the improper images which he had photoshopped. He cleared off his whole system so that there remains no trace of anything as such.

Here SamJun and Chotu tried consoling Liza. Sameer hugged her tightly while Chotu passed water and Arjun helped her in drinking it. Soon she could take charge of her emotions. She stood up balancing herself and looking at that Sakshi and Ayesha stopped hitting Yuvraaj. They took a full look at Liza. The bruises, wounds, blood was clearly visible, which made everyone's blood boil in anger.

Liza walked upto Yuvraaj "Kya bol raha tha ladkiyon ke baare mein? Bol na?" she asked slowly. "Bol!!" she screamt and that scream echoed in the temple. He kept mum as by now he was treated very well "Kya? Sunai nahi diya!!" She screamt again, this time near to his ears. All had a proud look on their faces looking at Liza managing the situation.

"Ab kuch bhi bolega na, yeh log tumhara woh haal karenge hi tumne aaj tak socha bhi nahi hoga. Samjhe?" She holds him by the collar and places a tight slap which vibrates all through his face.

He falls down on the ground. "Mujhse shaadi karna chahta tha?" She shakes him vigorously "Na bola toh samajh mein nahi aaya?" she pauses "Ek ladki agar na bol de toh woh na hi hota hai. Izzat karni seekh usski."

"Kamzor nahi hoti hai ladkiyan, apni pe aa gayi na toh zinda ya murda farak nahi padta, post-mortem karke hi chodti hai." saying so she punches him again. This time he falls unconscious on the ground, but Liza can't stop hitting. She hits him till Arjun intervenes and stops her from killing him. He hugs her tightly and Liza cries her heart out hugging him.

Soon Shree Chotu Sakshi and Ayesha gather her in a hug. Arjun walks out with Sameer as he informs the local police station and the officers take him under their custody. Once the constables take him SamJun enter the store room. They see Liza crying in the embrace of her friends. No one stops her, neither does anyone talk. They let her cry till she calms down. It is never easy for anyone and the wounds which has been inflicted mentally is even worse, that too when she was already going through something terrible.

After sometime she just falls in deep sleep or let us say she falls unconscious. She is then taken to the hospital and rushed to the emergency ward. After examining her doctor comes out "Chinta ki koi baat nahi hai. Exertion ki wajah se woh behosh ho gayi. Don't worry usse jaldi hosh aa jaayega." he pacifies the team. Sameer accompanies the doctor for the prescription of medicines and special care details.

"Hosh toh aa jaayega lekin theek hogi kya?" Chotu questions slowly.

"Mushkil hai Chotu, lekin hum hai na." Sakshi states determined. "Hum usska pura saath denge." Ayesha declares and all nod.

Soon Liza comes back to her consciousness. She smiles as she looks at everyone gathered around her. "Hi!" She greets everyone with a smile. All smile back at her. Sakshi places a kiss on her forehead and holds her hand tightly "Sab kuch theek hoga." she smiles.

"Sab kuch theek hai Sakshi!" Liza corrects her "Main theek hun, Yuvraaj ko saza ho gayi, Photographs post nahi hui, tum log mere paas ho.." she continues.

Sameer enters the room with tablets and ointment and walks towards the table to place it. Arjun places his hand on her head while all go silent on his arrival. But Liza breaks the silence, "Lekin ek cheez theek nahin hai." Sameer gets alert "Kya theek nahi hai Liza? Tum theek ho na? Koi problem ho rahi hai?" he asks being hyper. All nod their head in disbelief and Liza in negative. "Sir aap baat nahi kar rahe hai na issiliye..." she answers and Sameer just blankly stares at her.

"Kya hua?" Arjun asks looking at his expression.

"Kitne Draamebaaz bhare hai na office mein." he says as he nods his head in disbelief. All laugh and Liza pouts cutely which melts Sameer's heart. He places his hand on her head "Bohot gussa tha main tumse." he states.

Feeling that now Sameer will listen to her, she frantically starts "I am sorry sir. I am really sorry. Chupaane ka koi irada nahi tha, lekin kaise bataun samajh mein nahi aaya. Sab itna jaldi hua na..". He smiles at her "Ab nahi hun." he wipes her tears and she hugs him.

"Ab sab theek hai na?" Arjun asks mockingly.

"Haan." Liza nods her head happily.

Looking at all upset, Liza starts "Waise uss Yuvraaj ka babydoll sunke na mujhe ab baby doll gaane se nafrat ho gayi hai. Kya party number tha." she states dramatically and all smile at her complain.

"Change karlo Liza. Gaadi mein tumhare spare kapde rakhe the." Ayesha says as she hands her the packet.

"Haan change karlo babydoll." Sakshi states and Liza hits her arm and complains to Sameer.

"Sakshi!" Sameer glares at Sakshi and she shuts her mouth. All go out from the room except Sakshi and Ayesha who help her in changing. Once she changes, the nurse enters with a tray. All look at Liza for her reaction as they know it will be hilarious.

"Nahi.." she announces "Kal bhi issi hospital se injection lagwake gayi thi. Aaj nahi." She looks at Ayesha earnestly. "Haan exactly. Aap discharge de dijiye, hum dusre hospital jaake injection lete hai." Ayesha mocks Liza as she instructs the nurse. All try and control their laughter while Liza shoots hot glares at Ayesha.

Looking at Liza glare Ayesha actions a sorry. Liza turns her face in anger and understanding that her anger is not going to melt so soon, Ayesha instructs the nurse to give her the injection. Liza looks at her angrily but Ayesha tells the nurse to go forward with the treatment.

Liza hisses and soon the needle comes out. Ayesha caresses her hair when she hisses and Sakshi just rubs her hand to give her warmth. She feels so much at peace because of which she smiles widely. Soon the discharge papers are ready and Liza is taken home.

Hope gets excited to see Liza back home. Ayesha had dropped him back because hospital did not allow him. But now when all were back, he jumped on Liza pouring all his affection to her. She smiled at such a cute and warm welcome.

"Waise aaj na Hope is our Superman and Liza is our Superwoman." Sakshi announces.

"Haan Hope ki wajah se hi toh hum Liza tak pahunche." Shree states as he pets Hope. "Thank you Hope!" Chotu states as he pets Hope's head.

Hope gets so happy that he starts running around the house. After a real long time Chotu petted Hope. Even if it was for a small duration, Hope was still happy. "Aree isse toh dekho." Ayesha states pointing at Hope.

"Waah Chotu mera pura limelight tumne cheen liya." Liza states jokingly and Chotu ruffles his own hair as he looks down. After calming Hope, Ayesha gives him his dinner and proceeds to have her own.

"Toh sona hai na ab?" Chotu asks when Liza instantly replies "Nahi raat bhar bethke kaam karungi main." At this all have a hearty laugh and then they continue with the night chores.

Liza no matter how hard she tries to be happy or think about the positive aspect, she just can't. She sits gloomy in one corner and when she realises all are observing her, she switches to being happy. But somewhere in the corner of her heart, she feels strong and proud about the fact that she stood against Yuvraaj for such a long time. She thought of giving in, she was in pain, but she fought.

It is never easy to win a fight and if someone couldn't win a fight, that does not mean they didn't fight. They did, they fought for long till they drained out, ran out of breath and the strength, but at the end they couldn't. They just couldn't win against the massive ego and evilness of the predators. These predators deserve no forgiveness and they will never get.

The next day would be the most boring day as it included doing the files. And all dreaded of it more than solving the case, except one person.

Shree clears his throat before starting off "Guys! Pata hai na kal kya hai?" Shree asks.

"Kya?" All look at him confused. "Kal file day hai." He announces and all look at him unbelievably.

"Issmein khush hone waali kya baat hai?" Sakshi asks. She continues "Kal uss Hitler ke aage peeche jaake mujhe notes lene honge. Daant bhi khaank padegi.." and lets out a fake cry.

All shake their head as they know that she is pretending to be irritated when infact she loves irritating Arjun and what better than file day.

"Bas haan Sakshi bas.. drama mat kar. Tujhe file day ki zaroorat nahi hoti Arjun sir ko pareshaan karne ki. You can do it anytime." Liza states as she smacks Sakshi's head. Sakshi rubs her head in reflex.

"Haan file day ke din tujhe bas zyada daant na sun ne ka warrant milta hai." Chotu says and all laugh as Sakshi makes faces.

"Lekin main kissi aur ki baat kar raha tha. Jisske liye file day ek mauka hota hai." Shree states and winks at the rest. Ayesha realises where this is heading and clears her throat

"Kal file day hai toh jaldi pahunchna hoga. So jaao sab. Jao so jao." She reprimands everyone and all just pass a smirk her way.

Ayesha knows they won't let go this easily "Kya?" she asks uninterested.

"Kal ke kya plans hai?" Liza asks.

"I mean haan Ayesha it's a perfect opportunity.. files karte karte apni dil ki baat bol de." Sakshi states and Ayesha smacks her head.

"Kya sab maar rahe hai mujhe aise." Sakshi complains cutely.

Shree gets an amazing answer in mind "Woh issiliye tumhe maar rahe hai Sakshi taaki tumhara dimaag thoda theek ho jaaye aur Arjun sir se daant na pade. Bechaare aur kitna sehen kare tumhe." He stops when he recieves a flying pillow directly on his face.

And soon there is a ruckus created in the whole house until Ayesha intervenes and sends everyone to sleep. "Waise bhi subah uthna mushkil hai mere liye, upare se der se soyi toh kal uthungi hi nahi time pe" saying so Ayesha sends everyone to their room.

The next morning all reach office on time and start with their file day. Sakshi starts her day with asking Arjun n number of questions in his cabin. After a particular point of time Arjun gets frustrated

"Miss Anand, investigation ke waqt tum humare saath hi hoti ho. Phir bhi tumhe mujhse puchne ki zaroorat padti hai. Dhyaan kahan hota hai tumhara?" he asks.

"Investigator pe." Sakshi replies in flow and doesn't realise what she uttered. "Kya?" Arjun asks raising his eyebrows and that's when Sakshi realises.

"In... investigation pe Arjun." She corrects herself and he just rolls his eyes. She continues "lekin ab bhul gayi na. Ab jo yaad hai woh likhungi toh kal tum newspaper mere munh pe nahi maaroge?" she asks.

Arjun just breathes and continues to give her the details. Here Ayesha, Sameer, Chotu, Shree work on filing for the record room sitting in the conference.

"Yaar Arjun sir aur Sakshi ko privacy mil gayi lekin humaare Matashree Pitashree ka kya?" Shree asks Chotu in a hushed voice.

"Chup ho ja Shree.. Sir ya Ayesha mein se kissi ne suna na, hum toh gaye." Chotu warns him but he doesn't shut up "Yaar tu meri baat samajh nahi raha hai!" He complains and this gets heard by Sameer and Ayesha.

"Kon nahi samajh raha Shree?" Sameer asks and both of theirs eyes widen in shock.

"Kuch bol rahe the na?" Sameer asks again looking at the shocked expression on their face. Ayesha smacks her own head as she has an idea about the conversation between Chotu and Shree.

"Sir kuch nahi.. woh bas hum lunch ki baat kar rahe the." Shree changes the topic "Aur main bol raha tha ki aaj kuch alag khaate hai. Something different. Lekin Chotu samaj hi nahi raha."

Sameer smiles "Files karte waqt khaane ke baare mein soch rahe ho?" he pretends to be stern and Shree Chotu get disappointed "Sorry sir."

He smiles and they both heave a sigh of relief and Ayesha smiles too. "Ab waise bhi lunch time ho gaya hai, toh Chotu Shree jaao aur hum sab ke liye khaane ke liye kuch laao." he orders.

He forwards them his credit card "Yeh lo card. Aur leke aa jao." They take the card and leave.

He looks at Ayesha and notices that she is a bit tired. Hence, he takes the files from her place "Yeh sab lunch ke baad kar lo Ayesha. Go and rest for sometime." he instructs.

Ayesha takes the file back "No sir. Abhi lunch aane mein time hai. Thoda toh complete kar hi sakte hai hum." she says and smiles.

Sameer doesn't argue further and sits back to complete maximum work before lunch. After sometime Arjun-Sakshi come out of the cabin, Liza comes to the conference as Ayesha texted her and ChoRee come with food.

"Rawate aaj hum lunch yahin karte hai." he states and waits for response from Arjun. He nods in agreement and the table is arranged for lunch.

All sit for lunch when the attendant knocks on the door "Sir woh Shree sir se milne koi neeche aaya hai." he informs. Shree gets up from his place "Haan aata hun neeche." and was about to leave when Arjun stops him "Unhe upare bhejo. Shree akele neeche nahi jaayega." he announces and Shree looks at him amused.

"Sir meri koi babydoll nahi hai." Shree states referring to Yuvraaj and the ruckus which took place. Liza angrily glares at him and others try to control their laughter. "Sir.." Liza complains to SamJun.

"Bas Shree Rawate ne keh diya na tum akele neeche nahi jaaoge, toh nahi jaaoge." Sameer stresses and Shree has no option other than agreeing.

They wait for the person to come and when he comes Shree pretends to have not noticed him. "Shree" the man voices on looking at him.

"Shreekant sen." Shree corrects him and continues "Abhi busy hun main toh aap yahan se jaayiye aur yahan dobara aane ki zaroorat nahi hai."

"Lekin main tumse milne aaya hun Shree." states the man earnestly.

"Lekin main aapse nahi milna chahta Mr. Sen. Aur aapko 30 saal baad itni mehnat karne ki zaroorat nahi hai." Shree angrily rebukes him and the team gets shocked with the revelation. Mr. Sen? So he is related to Shree, was the only thing they knew.

"Tum mujhse aise munh nahi pher sakte. Bete ho tum mere." He speaks but Shree angrily cuts him off " Main Akhilesh Sen ka beta hun. Mera aapse koi rishta nahi hai naahi main rakhna chahta hun." he roars. The team is confused the whole time.

"Akhilesh bhaiya tumhare bade papa hai. Main tumhara papa." Mr. Sen argues. After this declaration made by Mr. Sen, the team doesn't know how to react. Chotu and the girls know that he hates his biological parents as they left him in Kolkata with his family and never turned back nor did they contact.

Shree closes his eyes and a tear drops off from his eyes. He feels a hand on his back and he turns around only to look at Arjun. He gathers the courage and steps up in front of his father "Lekin har ek baap ka farz unhone hi nibhaya hai. Aap aur Mrs. Sen toh bachpan mein hi chodke chale gaye the. Mujhe toh yeh bhi yaad nahi tha ki aap dono dikhte kaise the. Issiliye filaal aap chale jaayiye yahan se. Naahi main aapki shakal dekhna chahta hun, naahi aapki baat sun na chahta hun." He turns his back and stands.

He adds thinking that Mr. Sen has decided to leave "Kolkata jaane ki zaroorat nahi hai. Daadi aur Bade Papa ke liye aap mar gaye hai." he informs. Shree's heart breaks on talking like this to his dad.

His dad, for whom he waited every evening when small, with whom he wanted to go on family picnics, was nowhere when he needed him the most. He was not angry on Mr. Sen. Instead he had stopped bothering about both his parents. Once he grew up, it didn't matter to him where they were, how they were and whether they were alive or no. He never asked about them to his family, neither did they say as he would shut them.

"Tumhe abhi woh log sabse khaas lag rahe hai. Lekin bhulo mat ek din sab chodke chale jaayenge. Woh log bhi aur yeh log bhi." He points to the team and continues

"Tumhe kya lagta hai sab saath chalenge tumhaare? Meri baat maano mujhse haat mila lo, isske baad kissi ke saath chalne na chalne se koi farak nahi padega tumhe."

Shree smiles sarcastically and reminds him "Aap ab yahan mere paas aaye hai, mujhse baat karne. Kyun? Aapko kyun farak pad raha hai?" he asks and Mr. Sen has no response. He prepares to leave, but before leaving he adds

"Meri baat pe gaur karna. Aisa na ho ki tum iss duniyaa mein akele reh jaao." he states and leaves. Shree's biggest fear was being left behind. He somewhere started believing that people will leave him, just like his mother and father left.

Especially after this conversation with Mr. Sen, he was completely numb. He could not feel anything until he was gathered in a group hug by his friends. He did not cry, but the others surely did. They couldn't see Shree like this.

He sat at the table, but didn't have anything specifically until Sameer plated him all the items "Yeh sab khaake hi tum kaam pe lagoge. Chalo khana complete karo." saying so he forwarded the plate to him.

He took the plate half-heartedly and ate whatever was served to him. No one spoke a word, they just ate their lunch and headed back to working.
