The friendship is their personal matter.

Normally it's a sign of good acting skills too. There are many on screen couples who are formal with other off screen but are extremely wonderful to watch on screen because of how good they are at their craft. I see glimpses of that in Shivangi and Sai, friendship aside.

Also, this show has brilliant directors and screenplay writer(s). I have rarely seen that on ITV, especially the screenplay. Only a couple of shows come to mind.

They are good actors with professionalism

Only because of their efforts we are able to connect with RaghVi so much

Director and screenplay writer too play a vital role here

It would have been awkward to shoot this in front of his family but probably that's why no one else was on set since it was mostly these two in this scene.

They also go to the D house wearing the same clothes so I guess it's a long day in the show.
