I honestly cannot see how the redemption will happen for the Ts- it’s just impossible now. What is it that’s going to make them turn around?

I know this has been talked about a lot already but I am just baffled at their blatant hypocrisy😕

After watching today's Adi-Imlie scenes I once again realised why Destiny brought these 2 souls in each others lives. We have discussed many times the way Imlie matters in Adi's life but today I want to focus on what importance Adi's presence has in Imlie's life.

Today Imlie broke my heart with the innocence she displayed when she asked such simple questions to which the answers are never simple. This innocent, naive, intelligent, high caliber, apnon pe jaan chidakne wali girl would have been crushed beyond repair in the world that she was born💔. We even saw how that could have easily happened in the initial epis. Though she had her loving Amma & Dadda she was still crushed time & time again in PD in the 2-3 days that were shown.

First when she won the coveted wazifa through her own hardwork which got torn to shreds by her NN. Imlie lost her mojo to fulfill her ambition. It was SK's words & reaffirmation that got the spark back in her. But SK was a baghi fighting his own ladaais which meant he couldn't always be there for Imlie. So the next time when calamity struck Imlie, SK was not there to protect her. She was forced to marry a man she just met at gun point even though nothing untoward had happened between them again because of her NN & gaon wale. Her dreams again got crushed by the ruthless society that she was born into.

It was only after she got married to Adi that her life did change for the better. And it changed for the better because it was Adi. Imagine if she had got married to someone like DC what would be her state. He would have used her & thrown her away in a blink. She would have again got thrown into the jungle of life without any protection. But it was Adi who Destiny chose as her jeevansaathi.

Adi has always been a man of convictions & Imlie needed someone like Adi who would never ever leave her alone to reach her true potential. Whatever harsh things Adi subjected Imlie through in the initial days, the one thing that he never did was leave her on her own. He always gave Imlie the cocoon of safety & a degree of freedom as well. And he always stood up for her in defence whenever she was accused - like the way his family immediately accused Imlie to be a thief even though they had welcomed her with love & warmth. Even then Adi defended her by proving that she was not the thief. Since then till now he has always been her shield. He fiercely protects her , guides her through the difficulties that life throws at them, never lets her give up on her dreams, encourages her whenever her determination falters, never leaves her alone to fend for herself, gives her choices the highest priority & loves her unconditionally.

A pure soul like Imlie needed a fierce protector like Adi to be happy in her life & achieve her dreams. Without Adi in the picture, her NN would have married off to the worst possible person at the earliest opportunity to dhakelo in the andhakar. She did do it with Adi but Adi instead of the being the harbinger of darkness in Imlie's life became the fuel that makes Imlie glow like the mashaal that she is❤️. I hope that the CVs continue to build Adi-Imlie the way they have done till now & never let their specialness be dimmed.

duniya se bekhabar wale babusahib.. so disappointign there are 100 ways they could have shown this..heck don;t change much but instead of rupi screaming him catching them in the act on his own bhi isse better hota ke maze se kisi kone main bekhabar at ease hain as if he doesn't know the khooni irade khair i guess beggers can't be choosers and aaj kal huamra haal bohat khrab chal raha hai

They did drag them over to the other extreme today. Yeh sab cliche nahin lagta inn makers ko 😆

Imlie will now try to win them over as a bahu I guess. And considering they do not really hate her one by one they will come around? But even if they do, how does one forget all that they have spoken out? Problem has always been that Imlie is this forgiving soul who can forgive anything without expecting anything in return. My biggest fear is that this too is going to end up being fast tracked which is not how it should be in reality. Bas Didi ke suicide ko dikhao slow motion mein. They made Aditya write an entire article for Didi 🤢 This struggle of Imlie’s will also be glossed over like everything else.

All in all another episode as expected. Liked Sundar again. Malini and her nautanki are a long term fixture. As well as having people who will always say something to praise her. Toh alag kuch milne se raha.

Now coming to the epi it was a decent one.

I liked Adi-Imlie in all their scenes today & their connection came through to me. Continuity maintenance ki toh ab maine umeed hi chod di hai but at least we got good content via Adi-Imlie conversation.

I cannot tell you how my respect for Imlie goes up a notch all the damn time when she continues to study through all the emotional turmoil, when she never wants to hurt others, keeps the happiness of everybody else's over her own, etc. The list is endless of the reasons I fall for our Jhalli everyday though her innocence & naivety frustrates us from time to time.😆.

I loved how she so innocently repeats that galti kar dees & questions Adi that would the world accept our truth if I had spoken it in English. She has once again understood the saar of the problem that the Ts have against her. She knows if she had the worthier status, the truth about her & BS's marriage would have been accepted by the Ts. It is her status of being a poor, fatherless, village girl with no background that is the obstacle in achieving the approval of Ts. But Adi is the firm believer of the power of truth & told her that truth has its own language & it is unfortunate that many people cannot read it. It is not their fault. But the fault of the people who are refusing to accept the truth.

I loved that Imlie shared that she feels like going back to PD with her loving Amma & Dadda. After so much rejection & humiliation she wants the balm of her parents love to help her heal. Adi understands her but questions her whether she wants to leave him & go to which Imlie shakes her head in a no. Here I saw that he understood her need to be with her Amma & Dadda but got confirmation from her that she doesn't want to leave him & he is still important to her. So he tells her that they have to stay right here & make the family accept her. Imlie questioned that the family is so unhappy & will never accept her so what to do. Adi straight away told her that if his family is not ready to accept her as his wife then he will also leave with her. He will not stay where his wife is disrespected. Imlie admonishes him that she doesn't want to separate him from his family so he tells her that whether he leaves his family is not in their hands. It is the family which needs to make a decision. It is in their hands. But ye ladaai toh attal hai was a fabulous line.

I love the way writers utilise this learning & teaching method between Adi-Imlie. It is so unique to them. Both of them learn & grow from each other. Plus the their mentor-mentee shade also got depicted nicely.

The next Adi-Imlie scene we got the next morning when Imlie was being thrown out of the house by the elder Ts. Imlie was never going to stay where she was not wanted & told to leave. So of course she was ready to leave but Rupi Di heard the commotion & went livid when she saw what was happening. She couldn't stop the elders from sending Imlie away as they do not value her opinion as well so she called Adi out.

Adi got to know that Imlie was being thrown out by the elders & he opposed it vehemently. But when they still didn't listen, he went fine I cannot compell you to let Imlie stay in your house but I can at least make my wife listen . I loved how gently but firmly he asked Imlie to wait right there. I marvel each time how tender he manages to be with Imlie while he is like an exploding lava in behaviour with everyone else. He went & came back quickly with his own packed luggage to leave with Imlie.

Adi is a man ready for Anu eventuality when it comes to Imlie. He always knew such a time might come when Imlie leaves the house either on her own or by force & had kept his belongings packed ready to leave at a moment's notice. Seeing Adi leave the elders panicked & tried to stop him forcefully. But Adi was not going to budge on his stance. Either Imlie would not leave the house or he would leave the house with her. But the family still do not understand Adi & Radha still tried to throw Imlie out by throwing out her potli herself & of course it landed in Didi's charan.

Adi was flabbergasted seeing Didi. He was like why did you call Didi to his fam & why did you come to Didi. Aparna took mahan Didi inside holding her hand but Adi-Imlie were least bothered. Biggest chop Adi did of Didi was by not even bothering to go with the family & get to know why she was called. His priority is his Jhalli & he was busy setting her stuff back into her kona. I don't know why they focused so much on Adi setting her books. Maybe it was just a symbolism to show that Adi will always be with Imlie in fulfilling her career dreams. I loved how Adi-Imlie were so casually discussing why the family has called Didi to the house while setting her belongings. They cannot even bother to find out themselves inspite of being curious. So the T fam, Didi & Loservedis can do all the planning & plotting they want to do to separate Adi-Imlie but Adi-Imlie will always prioritise each other over anyone else.
