She said she came from out of town and saw Dev-Raavi wedding card so I guess she assumed they are married and she missed the wedding. But don’t they have any common friends? I understand it not being on social media but someone must have discussed it with her?

But your point makes sense. I’m guessing they stressed upon this for the reasons you stated above. She didn’t need to keep going on and on. But she did.
