OMG... just the dhamakedar duandaar episode I was expecting yesterday.

Character arcs ki baat karein to kya episode tha... showcase karne ke liye. haan... thode expected reactions and thode unexpected.

Aparna ko bura is baat ka laga ki Adi and Imlie had multiple opportunities to tell the truth.. when they were both questioned different times, but they decided to lie and hide the truth. that made them and their actions wrong for her. that's the reason for the slap.

Anu ke taunts and c family ke exit ke baad jo shuru hua mast drama tha...

Anu ka taunt that Appu is Adi's mom not hers and that there is something good happening today were bang on. sach coming out is the best thing that happened. kaise says, reactions kya they... all these are secondary.

ideally, Dev or Malini should've stayed back.. at least as moral support to imlie... but this just shows that they only pay lip service and dont mean what they say... always.

Aparna's statement that Adi has betrayed all of them including Malini was the reason for Adi to prove to Imlie that he was serious, as well as to his family to bring them to accept him and Imlie as husband and wife.

But the more he tried the more he ended up making a mess of it in front of his family... but boy did he try.

be it that "Na hum is shaadi ko bhool sakte hain na tum" or holding Imlie's hand in front of everyone and doing there phera, or elaborating that despite everything he fell in love and didn't betray Malini and had told her the truth.

Aparna and CK are understandably upset at his behaviour. we were too initially.

all of Aparna and CKs questions were valid... To a large extent maine pehle hi bola tha.. Aparna Adi ko naa hi samjhegi na support karegi.

Aparna ne jab photo uta ke phenka and bola ki yeh parivaar ki yaadein hain isme is ladki ki koi jagah nahi, deja vu moment tha .. imlie ne bahut pehle bola tha yeh baat... Adi hamara optimist tha par...

Nishu Rupi rahenge... par bs ne bol diya. aap hamari patni ki izzat nahi kar sakte to hum bhi apni patni ki beizzati nahi sahenge. waise aage ka soch ke thoda curiosity hain.

Adi optimistic and Imlie realistic kya combo banaya ...

Adi ne bola ki Imlie ko nikal na chahta tha... par kismet ... tab use yeh bhi bolna chahiye tha... ki "..par jab bhi woh jaati, hum hi use wapas le aaye... hamare ghar aur zindagi main" and then should've continued with kismet.

Subah subah adi babu apne biwi ke saath hawan karne chala tha. Hall mein aaya toh dekha ek beautiful HD pic of him hugging imlie.

But before he could express any joy at the beautiful photo, Anu started screeching to meet Imlie ka pati. Aur kya Adi babu ne decide kar liya ki this is the moment of truth. Without any preamble declare kardiya ki mein hi hoon woh khushnaseeb. Imlie ka pati.

Yeh sun ke sab log sadme mein chalegaye. Adi ke papa yells at him for ghatiya mazak. But steadfast adi confirm karta hai ki woh mazak nai kar raha.. sach bol raha hai

He informs them that he tried to tell them before but kabhi uski kismat, kabhi imlie, kabhi malini, kabhi nishant aur kabhi t-fam ke emotional speil ne rok diya use. Use aise lagne laga ki puri kainaat use rokne mein lagi thi.

Aparna also with mouth gaping open a little and tears flowing from her eyes, goes into flashback mode 😆Aditya ko lagta hai she is reminicing the times when imlie ne parivaar ki izzat ko bachaya, parivaar ko sahara diya, uska b'day party plan kiya🤣

So when teary Aparna came towards him, Aditya ko ek second ke liye darr laga. Then he was like nahh😆

Usko laga ki Aparna ke aankhon mein khushi ke aason hai and uski maa usko gale laga ke congratulate karne wali thi🤪. So imagine his shock when Aparna ne kheech ke ek tappad maara🤣

Tappad Aditya ko pada par uska dard imlie ko hua. Use samaj aagaya bhains paani mein chala gaya. Ab kucho nai ho sakat. Uske saare premonitions sahi nikle and uske BBSB ek no ke clueless hai😆

Dev aaja tha hai stop it, stop it Anu karte hue. Tumhari waja se bohut tamasha hochuka hai and bohut klesh bhi😆 (Ek beti ki zindagi bardaad.. its okay! But klesh in T-fam? Not okay!)

Anu reminds him that Imlie ruined her daughters life. Dev says I dont care, just shut up and c-nivas chalo.

One last gusse aur nafrat ki look aditya ke saath exchange karke Anu t-house se nikalti hai😆

Malini the mahaan asks maaaa to listen to Aditya and imlie before bharsoing more thappad on them😆

Ise kehte hai khaya piya kuch nai glass thoda barah aana. Yeh saara T-tamasha toh waise bhi honi thi. Just because Anu ne ek photo frame gift kiya saara blame uspe aagaya😛

Haan mujhe bhi lag raha hai ki didi may play a role in bringing acceptance for the adi imlie marriage. Totally unfair to imlie for she is the one who sacrificed her marriage for didi, and has time and again helped the t family through all their crises considering them as her own. I will be pissed if this is a track to highlight didis mahaanta and completely sidelining why imlie is the perfect soulmate for adi. Imlie has made the bigger sacrifices for the overall good.

abhi Imlie ke parentage ka sacch bhi aana hain.. and if indeed Appu brings in the parvarish aspect of it, Appu would've fallen beyond redemption... isse there is no escape

I agree on the PD bit, but unpopular opinion, today's epi was a one time watch for me. While I may rewatch bits and pieces (mostly AKT), baaki ke logon ki acting were way to OTT for me to digest.

But yes, loved that a lot of things were finally out in the open - Adi's ferocious love for Imlie, how he will not allow anyone to demean their relationship, means literally anyone and the extent to which he is willing to go to give Imlie her rightful place as his wife.

Loved the bold bit. Jab Malini ka prem bhasam hoga, tabhi Imlie ke sasural wale bahar aayenge. Lekin sadly, iske liye Malini ko hi catalyst banna padega. Uske mahaanta will play a big role, which will increase the guilt in both Imlie & Adi.

Honestly I expected worse in terms of dialogues, yeh toh kaafi mild tha. mere hisab se Aparna ke khunkar expressions were more darawana.

Maine kaha tha that Radhaji will be very mild today. Jiske wajah se ye pura kand shuru hua, use aaj sirf ek token dialogue deke chup kara diya for the most part.

GM was fantabulous, he deserves all the praise, along with mute ST - this week she had quite a few episodes with little to no dialogues, but she made her presence felt with every action and perfect reactions. What beautiful stars that elevate the content given to them and come out with extraordinary performances.👏

Thanks for the review Aps ji. Today was paisa vassal episode. Star of the show was GM. He was phenomenal today. Only problem was senior T's calling imlie with demeaning words.
