I don't think they can do that

Another reason i feel ki it may be possible is that they never got any confirmation for extension. Since June itself they knew ki some time in July will be off air, toh all this time they were negotiating for extension ya time slot change. Toh I feel they may have back up track in place. But these CVS are not the brightest, so I can be wrong as well.

And as I said, Mahi is not even needed for many scenes. Moksh can be kidnapped by Athu or something toh it's not even necessary to show Moksh. Kuch creative karke they can wrap the story. Maybe I have too much high hopes but I felt ki they way they are wrapping up ek ek character, maybe Athu can come back since he's the only one left.
