SP can't do anything if she is posting her dance video on her insta account. Yes, but if SP thinks it will effect the show, she will definitely be shown the door.

You know sometimes I am actually scared for her. The character "Pakhi" has definitely taken a toll on her and the way she speeks about the character is too scary. She relates too much to this character now.

Nobody loves her on the show and she is always sad -Pakhi

Fans send hate messages to her and she is always sad - Aishwarya

Not joking but for her own sake I want her to take some time off or leave the show.
