And malini didnt go for annulment.. she went for divorce making her marriage legally valid in law???

Mutual separation hai ,divorce nehi .Technicalities par mat jayiye , Itv par logic and marriage technicalities are too much to ask for 😆

Mujhe dd ki interference ka darr hai ,I don't want her to poke that nose of her on Adilie issue ,aur jo kuchh bhi hai I can bear with😭

I agree logic nahi hai.. lekin abhi tak they never gone into legal aspect of both marriages so i doubt they will being any of it back..

Proof of marriage is the sarpanch's testimony and Imlie's marksheet. And anyway Adi is well aware how to proove his marriage to Imlie, coz he told Malini ke woh patna nahi hai, so yeah this guy knows to play the law in his favor

Oh I have no doubts that AC will try her level best to send Asi to jail when the truth comes out. Which is why I felt that itni jaldi the truth will not come out.

Also, T family can never stoop to AC's level and Adi also will not allow them to malign Malini's name, no matter what happens.

We cannot say there is no proof .Recently I watched old episode and marriage was done in presence of sarpanch. And how suddenly Adhithya’s name appeared in school certificate? There after he stopped saying there is no proof . Till on the day of marriage he said there is no proof. There after he stopped saying this .

Divorce is generic term so doesn’t need anything else.

If Malini goes bigamy it indeed effects her reputations.

More than that offence of bigamy is compoundable.

AC’s locus standi may not valid since Malini is independent lady so mere saying blood relation AC can initiate. Even in DV case imlie asked police to first make enquiries to Malini.

Where as if imlies case even Sk’ s locus standi is valid . Always court go by merit of case.

As I already mentioned there is suomotto case , bigamy must be initiated through proper channel .

I will tell real case scenario:
