I know some PH go OTT with their villan. Example i cannot forgive Balaji for making Amana Shariff cringe worthy as Komolika, they use to extra zoom on her face, do random screen grab, stretch the screen in middle of her dialogue delivery. i saw one episode and it was enough to put me off!

Same, I find it very frustrating. Waise I'm also north Indian, so I know we're often guilty of this. But I think they should have done this better. Matlab, you're making a city such a central part of the show, toh depict correctly. I think they just went, what are some south indian songs that north indians will recognize? And they decided, let's do jiya jale. Malyalam hai, but no one will notice.
