I don't mind them...for some reason, I find them sweet. These scenes really suit them two, as none of them are overly expressive of their feelings.

The fact that they are openly expressing their rights on each other, in front of each other, courtesy "Apne Pati" and "Meri Rani" is an expression of love for them.

They don't come across as a couple who would say "I Love you" to each other very often.
