Nasal congestion is so irritating. Have to use oxyspray which also I don't use regularly. I already have Hyperreactive Airways Disease, and it only got worse due to covid. Then there was loss of smell and taste. Had to get HRCT. Oh take care. Eat lots of protein and pulces especially ground nut. It increases immunity. Have spinach beetroot a lot
