Agreed, we've all grown up watching it.. at some places I find it nice too.. but come to think of it we are in 2021, girls these days are much more stronger and capable of taking care of themselves, they don't always need a hero to come and protect them or pick them up.. I know tv hai aise hi characters dikhate and all.. but har time hona zaroori nahi...
I crave for an honest realistic portrayal of a strong, independent woman, who's capable of being on herself and at the same time is emotional and sensitive enough.. I know maybe Raavi is a different character altogether and I love her too.. but pata nahi I personally don't like girls being all that clumsy and always looking for support.. maybe it's not a part of my own characterization that's why I find it a little weird..
pata nahi.. I think I'm thinking too much into it.. I do like it sometimes. But I still feel its not necessary for people to keep falling on each other to make them fall in loveš¤£
@shadow_kira not able to tag you.
I do agree with you on the fact that seeing a strong, independent woman on TV can be refreshing.itv is far far away from that.
Some shows tried to introduce the concept but failed in terms of trp. As long as the concept of trp exists such shows cannot run.
It's an irony that majority of the serial viewers are women and still strong female characters are not appreciatedš¤·
The shows where women are humilated gain the maximum trps.
