I can totally relate to their road trip as I have had similar experiences in the initial days of my marriage and I was new to the country. My husband was the only one to drive as I had not gotten my license yet (took me 6 months after I came to get it), I would go to sleep, or will be constantly talking and playing music and he would just quietly drive enjoying all my antics😆 Once I started driving, he would immediately go to sleep and I would be just driving miles and miles with no one to talk to😆
