But they have lived 8 years apart without any contact and its very very long time. So him seeing her in a different light though very tough for him will not be weird. As you said it will be like meeting a person he used to have a very deep bond with. Also, now that she is a barrister and there are spoilers that they will fight cases he will also see her as a strong, independent lady along with the childhood connection

Well, i feel differently, since they are not together ani has the impression of her as a 12 year old little girl, so all these years his love towards his mentee has been platonic, and now when they meet again, he will again see her exactly this way, amd maintain it

If he stayed with her, and his character was of a person not against child marriage and not teh principled man he is, then maybe he gradually started seeing her like a wife, maybe and that too if his character was different

Now they are not together as a husband wife, and as he said always wo uski zimmedari h, he cannot see her tgat way

Bon fantasizing him can be still understood, though going by the latest story i don't find it happening, but still her fantasizing is understood, but ani reciprocating

Well yes their bond started from of a mentor mentee to a friendly bond, i best feel it to be a bond between an adult and a kid, anis love was not parental, not brotherly, but it was something a young adult feels for a kid, it's not parental, but platonic, and I don't find it changing, I think whether it is possible if my love towards the kids in the neighborhood changes when they grow up? And I find it a no😳

Having said that I don't think ani would start reciprocating in like the first few days. I am pretty sure he will be in dilemma about what he wants and what he should or shouldn't do. He won't fall in love with the image of 12 year old bon he would fall in love with the bon in front of him who is 19 and Is strong and independent and most importantly an adult

I was also asking yesterday why he is going to jail but Ani himself said jail jaane se pehle he wants to do sulah between families

[/Quote] That is true that your feelings towards a neighborhood kid might not change but what if he/she comes back like after 8 years and you guys end up hanging out together or something when they are an adult. Like there is a difference between both the situation

A romantic relationship can only start when both the partners see themselves as equal and yes if bon would have stayed ani he might have never rtreated her as an equal . But here she is coming back as an adult in the same profession as he is so I won't judge him if he falls for her after a lot of dilemma
