Shivi became very self conscious when everyone was looking at them lol raavi at least try to joke around but shiva lol he seems to never have talked to a girl nicely before it seems lol and this is raavi lol

Might not have good of an explanation as Piu, but I think she was lost in happiness with Shiva's "Happy Birthday" and just his presence in general, as for the past few episodes, she cared of his presence in her life in particular. I think she was just lost in her emotions and didn't remember to feed him until she watched him eat the cake himself, which is why the next scene she goes to cut the cake, but by then Shiva is gone.

I think the cake piece was meant for him had he stayed 😳

As for Romance 101, Krish and him can use Google in the future 😆 I'm growing fond of his stuttering. It's kind of cute since we only see it with her!
