Shiva will never get that trust, warmth and smile that Dev had from Raavi for years. Despite his hatred and annoyance for Raavi, Shiva was the first to realise Raavi’s feelings for Dev and constantly told Dev not to lead her on!

Shiva might be the husband, but he cannot roll back in time and get the friendship that Dev-Raavi shared.

There are many references to Dev calling Raavi his bachpan ki Dost.

It's okay for Shiva to be carefree, but at the end of the day, he is a human too and would perhaps want to be loved.

As usual bang on post! I could literally feel a certain warmth and softness in that scene between Dev & Raavi! This is how it’s been from Dev’s side from day one and it will remain this way. Raavi is slowly going to realize this and one day, she will be equally warm. Raavi’s smile when he extended his hand had a burst of warmth and was exactly the kind of one would give an old friend. The one with whom you can instantly rekindle the bond with based on years of beautiful memories and trust!

Dev’s dialogue was interesting too! It can be interpreted in many different ways. Truly Raavi seems truly carefree and happy after ages. But why is that? I really enjoyed that scene! And I love that Shiva had no dialogues and no one expression. It was hard to tell what he was feeling. But like you said, he is human.

I thought the acting was top notch in that scene! Subtle and beautiful!

A considerable part of Raavi’s anger on Shiva has been his disrespect for Miami. The way she loves her Miami, her yellowing down towards Shiva with the Kangan given back, was not a bolt out of the blue.

Raavi forgives by nature, and the way she gets smiling even without an apology shows that the consideration of her parental figure mattered to her a lot!

But Mami still has only conditional love to offer. She is already claiming the piece of land Shiva owns, as hers😕.....she even said that he bought the bangles with her money because the land belongs to her as well if it belongs to Raavi😕

I def see all three of your points above making their presence felt once they reach Somnath. I loved Anita as well!

But I could not enjoy this at all🤪

Too much stupidity to handle, too many expectations from nonsense scenes😆

I am taking this episode as a wrap-up one, and will see what happens once they are back in Somnath.

One thing I would like to say, from what I gathered Shiva is nothing like Kathir. I hope they don’t follow the OG exactly because it wouldn’t make sense. ShiVi have a very different vibe and history! Their story & tracks should be unique to their situation/character graphs.
