Haaan..sometimes I find her a little too irritating aur maza nai ata

But most of the times she adds the proper comic touch to an episode with her transport business ki ratt😆

Mental health is an issue which is dealt with badly even in the real world.i haven't watched a single show,web series or movie which has done justice in addressing the issue of mental health.it has always been trivialised, both in real and reel world.

Dhara's behaviour was definitely toxic with raavi in the haveli track.expecting someone to be normal after a life changing experience is a foolish thing to do, and it drains out a lot of energy of the person who tries to be happy for others sake.

We had a professor who used to say telling a depressed person to be happy is the worst advice you can ever give.

Let them cry,vent out and heal.

Some things you can do if there is a depressed person in your family.

1) consult a psychiatrist.

2) take care of their food habits, personal hygiene, help them in keeping their room clean and organized.

3)listen.just be there for them.

4)a change in place can work wonders sometimes.if it is not feasible a small vacation might help.

5)try to restore their faith bit by bit.this is the most challenging thing.they should not feel too isolated nor too overwhelmed.

6) most importantly give them unconditional love and support.

Healing from depression is a slow process that requires a lot of faith and patience from the person suffering from it as well as his family.

Good points and very very apt, it just gets worse when someone is trying to constantly tell you to be "normal" and start doing the routine things or things you are supposed to do immediately... it's a very slow process to get back to what you used to be.. and some people can actually never be back to that position. I say that from experience, that advice sucks and I actually am given that almost daily!!!🙄

And getting better for a depressed or any person suffering any mental health problems depends a lot upon his environment or surrounding people's support than he himself.

I hope itna toh fulfill hoga he, otherwise there would not have been 'raavi nahi milegi' dialogue at the end today. This has to be shown!
