This is how I feel like the real Aish is behind closed doors. She’s so simple and cute here. Even her voice is pleasant 😍

YES... I think so too! I was watching this interview last year and thinking DANG, she used to be so warm and friendly before! I think the public breakup with Salman had a huge hand in her closed-off personality afterwards. You can literally compare her interviews from before and after the Salman chapter and notice a visible difference in how she conducts herself .... in that she was much more reserved and guarded afterwards. Her walls came straight up and I don't blame her. Not fun for people watching her but I guess she'd rather be reserved than say something out of turn or embarrass herself ... especially cuz she kept getting heckled with aggressive and stupid Salman questions post breakup.

Anyway, I bet Salman watches that video over and over to ...err, cheer himself up. With "pal bhar ke liye hume koi pyaar karle, jhootha hi sahi" playing in the background. 😆

Yup. I also think she faced the worst of the backlash post breakup and maybe saw the uglier side of Bollywood. This could have hardened her up and helped shape her standoff exterior. I don’t blame her. Aish only got abused when she spoke out against the manchild, so diplomacy and being reserved was the way to survive in this industry.

I agree. This is such a hidden gem. She has such a good command of her voice and it is so much more impactful to listen to her when she’s talking like this.
