I am reading everyone's previous posts and someone mentioned (I can't find the post to quote ahhh) how the same raavi who didn't speak up during the wedding fiasco, was taking a stand for herself today and actually giving it back through and through

it kind of makes me think that inherently raavi expects more out of shiva than dev as she as seen his unwavering loyalty towards his family and was beginning to consider herself a part of it

today she fought for her own self-respect instead of letting dhara do it for her and it was because only shiva can illicit such a reaction out of her

This is the talk I wanted Gaumbi to have with Shiva, at the early days of the marriage. Now it’s feels a bit too late. Why is he taking action after things have boiled over 😓

Yess...raavi expects a lot from shiva.her extreme reactions are reserved for him. She never once questioned or had her outburst on Dev after he left her at the altar.

She was angry on dhara, rude to shiva but Dev didn't get any reaction.

I am a bit confused about her feelings for dev.she loved him from childhood.was it a crush, infatuation or love? She was clearly crazy about him.she almost ended her life after he left her..was it because of the pain and humiliation of being stood at her wedding like that or was it the pain of losing Dev?. I wish we get more insight into this. If being left by Dev elicited such a reaction from her ,then how come that completely vanished after the day of the wedding?

Or as dhara said , she was fascinated by the pandya parivaar from childhood and wanted to be a part of it, because she never got that warmth and love.?

I have constantly reiterated that the kind of reaction Shiva elucidated from Raavi is unmatched. It has been their pattern from a long time. If you remember the dialogue from the Baraat day: the essence.

Shiva: God made you without giving you brains

Raavi: then God made me to beat your brains in foolisness and to outsmart you.

They are a match made in heaven 😆
