Ajkal, I just feel so sad to discuss the show, it makes me miserable and sad, because I root for characters only to see them lose in the worst possible way 🥺

The subtlety of his character, the delicacy in his eyes, the USP of this performance was how he bore the innate innocence on his face, like there was an instant connect with him, the foolish and innocent brat who took life as a series of event where happiness would mean dosto ke saath chai peena and Amma ke haat ki khana, and sadness was that Abba scolds for poor marks, here Farhad was the face of millions of common people, who wanted to live life to the fullest, was happy with very little things, did not know how to be artificial, and every aspect of the character was played with so much grace and depth, as I said, on paper Farhad is really easy, ike haaso gao mohabbat karo aur barbad hojao, but to make him so believable onscreen, with the character been totally inclined to the aspect of his tragic love life, it definitely is not easy. I think when people criticize Farhad, it is because Feroze has played the flaws of the character so beautifully, that even when you feel angry, you feel for the hapless situation he is in.

I am just glad that despite the story being so miserable, the show has been extremely successful, this performance needed lots of hits and so did Iqra's performance.

in retrospect .. do you remember charu's rants .. she had been right all along here .. she never loved him ..

maybe it was wrong direction/editing that sent a wrong message or we were too blind to see things clearly ..

Farhad said 'Khwab bhi woh jo maine dekha tha', because there was a clear cut argument between Mahi and him where he asks her that 'Mere khwab jhoote hai'? and she says 'yes'. So Farhad implying all his khwab are delusions, only rooted from the fact that entire humiliation, there was a good enough chance that Mahi only pretended to break his heart while being in love (which was our theory), but seems like she did not and to a n extent was genuine with her words, so all the hocus pocus was basically because we were not given a clear indication from the execution that what Mahi actually thought.

Awee aare dont feel bad i still had hope farhad is not in self destructive mode he become powerfull & respectfull person even more than any jagirdaar .
