Suman's that dining table wala talk when Shivi bantered on zyaada kam khaana is my top favourite.

It's just that repetition spoils the game.

And yes, I too would like to see Suman-Shiva heart-to-heart.....

Even when she gave Raavi the gift for pehli rasoi. She talked about sambhalna

Yesterday I was in love with Shiva's walk. After the precap I'm in love with how they both walked away. It's heartbreaking as a ShiVi fan but I'm so excited to see where it's all going.

I haven't read what others think of the episode yet, but I personally loved it! 🙈

The dancing 🤣🤣🤣. There was Gaumbi continuing with his dance from last episode, then the triple nagin dance. It's nice to see them enjoying themselves. It's Shiva who's pushing Suman's wheelchair and I can't help but feel he's getting ready for his mission. He's smiling for show but there's something missing from it. I could feel the nerves from him.

Krish is actually so innocent 🤧. He celebrating fully because his brothers are happy - poor guy spoke too soon. When he pulled them in for a dance, it was so cute. The family naagin dance started 🤣, this reminded me of the pandya family pre-marriage, it was great to see.

Shiva and Dev! - omg that was such a small but good scene! I don't know why but I love seeing them like this. I wish we get something more meaningful sometime soon. I loved that Dev was so worried and had to share it with someone. There's Dev who is concerned about Rishita divorcing him when nothing happened, and then there's Shiva who doesn't think of the consequences of his actions.

Dhara dancing with them all was so sweet, but my heart filled up seeing Shiva and Dhara dance 😭.

Anita is a clown 🤡...trying to dance with Gaumbi 🤣.

Dev and Shiva looking at Rishita and Raavi when they both came out 😭😭. ShiVi dancing together 😭❤. I enjoyed it even though I knew what's coming.

Suman made me laugh when she told Dhara not to allow anyone to eat anything. Glad she said it to Dhara and not out loud. Little does she know Shiva is about to feed them all for a lifetime.

The daggers that were being thrown between mami and Shiva 😳. Mami taunting him about the kangan. How old is she? Why do I feel like Suman felt like something's about to happen at this point? Her face changed a little.

Oh wow, Dhara bringing up the grams of the gold with Rishita 🤭, that was so savage and probably not needed but it made LOL.

Gaumbi knows about the property papers 😣 what is Shiva up to? I hope Gaumbi helps him out somehow, he won't ask anyone for help if he ever needs it.

For me asking for the kangans is not out of character but this property part is. I'm glad it's only his part of the property and not his brothers. I just don't get it. I hope it's not anticlimactic in the end. Even Gaumbi knows Shiva's never done anything without asking, even he's confused...should I hope there's something bigger that's going to happen?

It was so important that Shiva said he wanted 'his mothers' kangans from mami's hands, not just referring to it as kangans. My gosh I felt for him when he was talking about them - referring to his childhood and what he witnessed, also referring back to his father 🤧. He did not listen to Dhara, nor Suman, listening to Raavi is out of the question.

Shiva reminded me abit of Rishita today - as in he's not wrong, he even said this isn't about Raavi, but he's completely wrong in how he did it and what happened when he had no control of the situation. You just don't put a innocent person as part of a bargain no matter how much you're being baited to...simple as that. Especially when you've promised that person that you would not leave them. She's been through so much already 🤧, she doesn't deserve this.

When I watch something like this I often watch as a fan but think about situations by putting myself there. Truthfully? I would do anything to do get back what belongs to my parents or I would also hold a grudge forever if I can't get it back. I would also question everyone how they can allow this evil person to get away with her crap and keep a relation with that person. And if I was Raavi I would leave for sure and stand up for myself...she's just real person with real feelings. But it would hurt me to go back to something as evil as mami.

Ikr!! This is so beautifully put up, exactly what I thought after today's episode. Shiva knew what he signed up for, I'm all excited to know his plan.

Since you mentioned most of it, another thing I absolutely loved in today's episode was that proud look Suman gave when Shiva strightly asked for kangan. Though she says she gave it as a dhaan, I still feel she somewhere yearns that last gift from her husband. She was all emotional when Shiva started speaking to her. Shiva and Suman's bond, they're just😻 both of them have similar characters, know what the others think expect when they're blinded by anger and hatred. I hope Suman explains Raavi's situation to Shiva and he genuinely apologises to her... Also, I liked how he called Raavi by her name, even when he told her to not interfere he didn't call her names.. I liked that!!

Omg yes, I didn’t even notice this 😆 It’s become almost normal for us hearing Shiva call her Raavi now.

One of the reasons why I got hooked on PS and am still here is because of KD's performance. This guy just keeps getting better 👏. I had no idea he existed and now he's giving me joy with his acting chops. I remember how I used to be like I can't watch this anymore, this is torture - I remember because it was only two weeks ago! 😆 But ShiVi and KD's acting used to stop me. How can I leave without seeing it unfold? It was the Stockholm syndrome we used to talk about 😆.

I have to say that I've had issues with some of Alice's facial expressions previously, it used to feel off to me. But she's actually gotten so much better. Her emotional scenes are great so I'm rooting for her to nail it tomorrow!

Man it's so nice to have Shiny back. She's been off since the danda episode but now it feels like she's put that behind her. I'm hoping we get to see more of Kinshuk's acting chops, he's been abit reduced (unfairly) due to the storyline but now that he knows about the property papers I'm hoping we get more of him. Mohit is always so good at the comic relief parts, it doesn't even feel off or out of place. We've seen what he can do in the more serious scenes, I hope we get to see more because it was a great treat. Kruttika's scenes have always been some of my faves to watch, she doesn't go wrong. The fact that Pallavi infuriates me as mami says everything, also doing a great job. Akshay is Akshay lol, I actually don't mind him, I like his scenes but usually feel like he could do better, I liked his scenes with KD and Rishita today. Simran is someone that surprised me, I didn't expect to like her that much. It's the way she portrays Rishita as annoying, childish, but unintentionally funny and her facial expressions are meme worthy! ❤

Basically - Yes it's heartbreaking for me as a ShiVi, Raavi and Shiva fan 💔, but I love these types of episodes because the acting always stands out ❤. Just as long as they don't solve everything with a rendition of YKB, I'm alright with it.

Rant post:

Well, this post is not about Shiva-Raavi as broken individuals but about the years of systematic internalised patriarchy that these shows propagate, including Pandya store, and they made Shiva the flag bearer of this.

Shiva asked for what was rightfully his mother’s, but the occasion and dialogues were cringed to the next level.

Dulha and his entitlement to his “manpasand Neg” just reiterated what women have been battling for years. The sense of male privilege and entitlement it brings to society as a whole is boggling.

I am not majorly pissed off with the final rock bottom clash of the titans, but the profoundly problematic Underlying message Of the occasion!

Suddenly, the entitled Dulha wanting Neg.

What flowed from henceforth was the downward spiral of Shiva’s childhood issues-where he was scarred for life. But can we get past the whole patriarchal tone of the Pagphera?
