Can I pls rant a little on this Ashi 😄 I had the same worry all over the episode today except the one place where Raghav asked her why she looked worried after meeting Sunny. I feel as if writers have changed and or they are trying to show a different side of Raghav or maybe the Raghav in between was different
United we stand, divided we fall should be taught to Raghav first. I didn’t like how Raghav has been cutting Pallavi’s words in front of Sunny. Are we now going to see a blind sister love that his instincts are closed off ? Sunny’s parents separated but that can’t stop anyone from meeting them, this is the most stupidest excuse anyone can come up with & Raghav fell for it ? I mean I can understand his parents sentiments but is RR going to be reduced to this. He knew Pallavi was upset but instead of pondering on it, he just left casually as soon as Kirti said we are fine. The girl who suddenly called him bhai yesterday can influence him than Pallavi ?
And on top of this, what was the casual attitude he gave when Amma was talking about vat Savithri pooja. Isn’t he the same person who asked her if she wouldn’t keep one for her husband, for him and now he is talking as if he doesn’t know about that pooja nor does he care if it’s done or not. Am I understanding anything different here because I couldn’t connect to that Raghav in the office.
Ok, my rant done but I’m still not happy with this Raghav Rao because I can see it’s going to hurt Pallavi very badly. And how cheepdu is that Sunny, such an MCP that guy is.

Went to and fro on yours and Vaishali’s convo on this. My question was the same and I completely agree on what Vaishali said —
See, this is why I want him to know what that Khajoor sunshine told his wife, so he can be a mad bull ready to rip Sunny's head off.. otherwise show khatam ho jayega aur hum yehi bolte reh jayenge.. '' ye aisa hi hai'' kabhi to express kare? kuchh to express kare!!
First of all I don’t want it to be Raghav aisa hi hai but If we have accept Raghav aisa hi hai, then I want to see this ☝️ and not him being negligent of the fact that if Pallavi says she is fine, then he also thinks she is fine and walk off. He can’t just show his care when he feels like. This is why I felt Amma telling him about Pallavi in the office was very important. Pallavi is a person who will hide her tears and keep the smile on her face. Raghav really needs to start thinking on this.
So Raghav ka behaviour this week...I feel like it's coming across like I'm defending him, but I'm truly not trying to because I absolutely don't condone the way he's acting. But I think seeing him act this way is necessary to get his character growth? You know how Jaya said that he isn't the best at relationship management, well, that's true- he's not had many relationships to manage for the most of his life, and the relationships he did manage, he did by force. In his heart, he truly wants these relationships to work, but rishton ki nazaakat ki poori samajh nahi hai abhi usse. Pallavi tends to fare better here because she's spent the last two years managing everything- a joint family, a failing business, town gossip, disgusting landlords like Jagdish, and she's done it without any support- emotional or financial- from anyone else. She had to rely purely on her people skills to do this, so of course her people skills are well honed. Raghav has had the resources to steamroll whoever he wants. He's an excellent judge of character, but when a shady personality cannot be steamrolled due to his personal connections- be it Sulochana or Sunny, his approach is lacking.
I still attribute his general aloofness towards Pallavi today to his general problem solving approach. He does a very calculated resource allocation in everything he does. Pichle dus saal se, Jaya and Kirti were what he'd invest maximum time and energy in. With Pallavi, time became a finite resource with the 30 day deadline, so he put every other resource and bit of energy into that. Saath saath, Jaya ke saath bhi he's reconciled, so he's secure with them both at this point. Now, Kirti is a ticking time bomb, so he's going all in to resolve this mess, so of course, he has less focus towards the other two women. Warna have we ever before see him be as thanda to Jaya as he was today? And he did notice something was off with Pallavi, but employed a terrible way to ask her (seriously bro, aur cheekh le, maybe then she'll open up to you, gaddha 🤦🏻♀️) But he doesn't have the required headspace to focus more there. Even with Jaya, I appreciated how he paid attention when she brought up Mandaar's death and the significance of vatsavitri. When he asked her last about the pooja, it was to test the waters regarding her acceptance of him as a husband, not about the pooja itself. She's made him secure in that position now, so it doesn't hold the same weight (also, this show suffers because they tend to compromise on what should be poignant moments, to set up for jokes. They sacrificed a moment of him reminiscing on that moment to set up for the joke of 'men are bad at shopping' 🤪)
Now, I don't like his approach. At all. This is not how relationships should be cultivated, with this rotating laser focus, you kind of need to spread yourself among the people you matter. It is insensitive, and incredibly frustrating to watch. But it's an approach that's worked so far, so I think he'll need a wake-up call. Pallavi was also cruising through life with blinders on, with her selfless family-oriented approach, and we were annoyed at her during the abortion track precisely because of it. The past few weeks were her wake-up call, and I think one of the results of this track would be a similar awakening for Raghav, or at least, that's what I'm hoping for, that inevitable jhatka. Him being expressive will also come with that. Abhi hum jitna anticipate kar rahe hain, I'm hoping it will be delivered equally satisfying.
Pallavi and Raghav are not on the same team right now, and they need to work on being united. If they can't put up that facade at least, then Raghav should have gone alone. After the blow up this morning, it would be unfair for me to say Pallavi should have shared with Raghav, she's right in her place to hesitate. Maybe she'll share when she's thought it over more. But since she's not yet shared, what does Raghav have to blow up at Sunny for? Once he finds out, I don't think he's going to doubt her or take it lightly- he cannot stand for insults to his staff, will he really be okay with his own wife being insulted and threatened like this? Absolutely not. But her hesitance in sharing is also a result of his own behaviour.
I'm worried for Pallavi with all the threats Sunny is directing her way. I hope it means he's underestimating her, which will work in her favor, but I'm worried she's about to be hurt badly in this track, either emotionally or physically.
(@Vaishali- this has been a really interesting topic for me to think on, tagging you here, please do jump in! Diya, not able to tag you, but hoping you'll see this!)
