Why sai needs to take oath??

Sai knows that patralekha intentionally bully her no matter what she do..she told her many times that she and virat have no husband-wife relation but still pakhi don't miss a chance to bully her..there is no point to make her understand that sai and virat aren’t real husband wife still..so why she need to drag virat in this and take oath that she will not show any haq on him? Now days i feel writers aren't even care abt sai's Dialogues..they just make her say same things again and Again..her dialogues have no power or logic like the way they try to portray her initially.. Her fight back Against pakhi could have more meaningful dialogues than this..i my self prepare when pakhi keep insulting her that now sai should say this but she says something which isn’t befitting reply to pakhi's bullshit at all..being an intelligent and smart girl like sai she could deliver more powerful dialogue than this..but i feel makers have no intention of that..they are just giving sai same set of dialogues in different ways thats it..highly disappointing..

This is the foundation for the suicide track, Sai will ignore virat he will be hurt and when she is talk to another guy he will think she is ignoring him beause she loves the other guy and will blame her for having an affair and this will lead her to suicide.

In Bengali and Tamil, the truth about pakhi never came out and the family members were never punished.

So i dont think copy paste vankar would expose pakhi truth, and especially knowing his fantasy for pakhi character. he will never expose her wrong doing.

Really sai smart or intelligent hain ? I highly doubt on this coz if she is smart & intelligent why she knowingly fall in pakhi's trap.

I read virat is weak coz he gets manipulated or instigated easily then what is sai .

Sai is well aware pakhi is against her & try to get her attention , always find way to instigate Cgang , always play victim card , jealous of her & sairat relationship etc still she always gave in .

Sai very well know Cgang look 4 d opportunity to taunt & bash her mercilessly & blindly favours pakhi still she gave in.

I don't know why it's necessary 4 sai to tell pakhi d relationship status of sairat .

Jungle mein jab elephant chalta hai to dog to bark karte hi hai usse dekh kar par elephant don't stop to fight with them .

Regarding taking oath & dragging virat was just to insult Virat as last time he stopped her leaving house as husband so she gave away her haq on virat in charity & mahanta.

I don't know how can she give away a relationship when virat is not present only
