On a serious note, no matter how much I would laugh at Dev, but as a society, we tend to trivialise a man’s emotional pain. Though most of his misery is self-inflicted, I do find him distraught because of Rishita’s lack of sensitivity as a human being.

We find these things hilarious, but I genuinely felt bad for him. Imagine the first level of embarrassment he has to bear because of Rishita’s midnight Jasoosi etc.

It would help if he could share his grief through short but meaningful dialogues, with Gaumbi maybe. When there are so many characters it is easy to miss someone’s pain.
