Shaurya's mom was forced to leave Shaan by Shaurya's bade papa and badi ma. The Sabbarwals don't allow their wives to work but Aastha had a career as a teacher which they wanted her to quit. But after her brother passed away, Aastha refused to quit her job as she wanted to support her parents. So BM and BP forced her to choose between career and family and she opted to leave shaan and shaurya and take care of her parents. Although she kept tabs on Shaurya through Shaan all these years, Shaurya was always hurt thinking his mom left him and BM always reminded him about how bad his mom is. So Shaurya hated his mom and was upset at his dad for supporting his mom despite everything. However, after Anokhi came to Shaurya's college, Aastha learned how much Shaurya missed her and how unhappy he was all these years as his dad was an absentee dad. Shaurya had a confrontation with Aastha on his birthday when she came to wish him. Aastha was so upset by it that she went missing for a little. Then Anokhi blamed shaurya for everything without knowing both side of the story. That's why she asked shaurya to apologize aastha stopped her because I think she didn't want anyone to force shaurya, it should come from his heart.

BM and BP learned that Shaan and Aasthaare still keeping in touch when Anokhi came to their college. So BM blackmailed Shaan to divorce Aastha by saying she'll kick Shaurya's choti chachi and sister in law out of their house (so absurd I know but the other men in the house are so useless that they didn't even stand up for their wives so Shaan had no options).

Aastha has also realized her mistake of leaving Shaurya instead of taking him with her and apologized to him. So the mother-duo is back together now (which is making BP and BM very angry 😆)

yep Vineet (anokhi's brother in law) is a scumbag. I dont' want to spoil much but jsut saying he will cause even more trouble to everyone in the goa track (including Shakhi). His track is still open SAAKK and recently he made a re-entry in the OG show. So I'm not sure what makers are planning to do with him

Though I dont like the stories where couple stay separate for a long time (here 25 years), I am glad they were in touch at least. Hope they spent at least few happy moments in between 😔 it seemed like they still love each other so much and that broke my heart 💔
