I actually have no dream destination...a lot of the destinations that I have visited have been like a dream come true! It’s almost surreal!

Will tell you about some of my most favourite places...

India, as you know, is a very beautiful country...however, there are 2 places in India which I have felt are truly heaven on earth...one is Ladakh and the other is Arunachal Pradesh!

Internationally, I had the same feeling in the South of France and Monte Carlo, and also in Scandinavia (Finland, Norway and Sweden, in that order). I did not like Denmark as much, except for the statue of “The Little Mermaid”!

I really wish to visit New Zealand, Turkey, Greece, South Africa, Jordan and Japan (especially the Cherry Blossom) someday...

I also absolutely wish to watch Aurora Borealis in Iceland, someday. I missed seeing it by a whisker, in Alaska! Hopefully, I will get lucky the next time...

And here we have many ppl from Indian origions, who became Yemeni ppl. They came with the English occupation and stayed here. My friends from Indian origions helped me understand Indian movies.😳 But non of them know South Indian languages. 😒

There are some movies where the boy is muslim and girl hindu... A few names i remember are pinjar, my name is khan, jodhaa akbar, qurbaan, kedarnath and the one with ali zafar and yami gautam.... Both ways are shown in movies... India being a secular, multicultural country, these things are shown in a positive light... There are amny muslim actors who are married to non muslims as well.... Take sharukh khan, saif ali khan, aamir khan, irfan khan for example.... There are many more... Infact in real life, hindu girls marrying muslim boys are much more than the other way... My husband has a cousin who married a hindu girl, neither of them converted and kid is allowed to chose his faith once he grows up.

Urdu speakers are mostly of pathan ancestry, although nowadays there many mix cultures as well.

I've met indians with yemeni ancestors as well who settled there and never went back.... Even here in saudi arabia, there are lots of yemenis who never went to yemen.... I knew indians did work in yemen before the war.. It was a surprise to read about a case in yemen involving a mallu nurse recently.
