i can clearly see it shivi will start to trust eachother they will call a truce become friends fall in love and then something will happen and shiva will back to blaming her even rude to her for no reason

though what is different here is shiva is already in habit of being rude to raavi for no reason while karan only ever fought with naina for valid reasons
