If Mandar is legally dead (dead body was witnessed and registered as dead) then RaghVi marriage is legal and valid. If Mandar was missing (no dead body found and not legally dead) then Raghvi marriage is invalid because Pallavi married Raghav while she was already married to Mandar

It would be a fun track though, mandhar returns, Pallavi has to choose, a mini separation, all the angst and finally getting back together ❤️
