Lets petition/trend #nosuicidetrack

So I read a couple of posts about this and I feek like before its too late, we should create and popularize this hashtag to make sure they dont show Sai attempt suicide. She can leave when she is accused, walk on the road aimlessly and get injured but not suicide!!!

many of the SM savvy peeps on forum managed to get other hashtags of Sairat to trend , i hope we can do something about this one. Plesse guys, can you take this up as a project to make sure the creatives know we do NOT want suicide track copied as is!

I honestly think MU, family drama, Sai getting injured, Virat shaken to see Sai in hospital and feeling guilty are all ok. But NO suicide!

Suicide track would ruin both leads character to another level. The whole devkit fiasco didn't do any progression. But seriously the suicide track would encourage many young girls out there who are actually going through depression. Today episode already hinted towards suicide track. Virat's voice was trembling when Sai asked about another man. I don't see why it's required for their story.Sai is extremely headstrong and she doesn't wait for good things to happen for her. If she takes such attempt it would be totally out of character for her.

Channel and writers conveniently forgot honour killing and kidnapping baby from the mother , they may put a disclaimer for suicide as well.

I think virat getting possessive and in anger MU Sai is not as terrible as showing Sai react to that by attempting suicide. She has done it once. She should have learnt her lesson. I really hope they find a better way to give this track.

Agree with you. That time she was going through a phase that she actually felt so empty. Aaba was her world. Now so much times has passed and life has taught her many things. She has grown as a person and less dependent on anyone both emotionally and financially. So she shouldn't be talking such attempt for Virat doubting her .

Coming to Virat , he has a tendency to lose it all when it comes to Sai.. We have had a glimpse of the same when he thought Sai was pretending during Holi. We have also seen him loosing it a bit during fake flirting and Aniket's episode. But if he believes Sai is into some other man, he would surely go to any extent. He did go to any extent when he saw Sai is wrong in Devkit's matter. So he would have the tendency to question her character.. He is very insecure avout Sai and hence gets jealous if he sees any man around her. His crave to have some importance in her life is something that might bring out the grey Virat and he would still be in character..

Coming to Sai, I am not sure of suicide would be what suits her character. Last time it was her baba and she truly had no one to be around. A life with no one around you gets into the zone where Sai went. Losing your parent and the only family is so painful that you want to end that pain by any means. Coming to Virat questioning her character.. this would be something that she would never never accept/expect Virat to do. She holds him highly, questioning her character would be something that she would not be able to deal with, considering she is falling in love with him and like she said, she is her world. When your world questions you , you do go extreme. However Sai also has a vaada given to her dad she lives for , so she would be unfair to her father. But she shared the dream with the man who would question her character. I am not sure if I making any sense. I am not sure if that would butcher their character...

But I am sure not okay with suicide tracks.

Here is something i wrote. Can be edited /shortened to send to makers. One forum member who agrees about no suicide track has informed me that Siya aka svt611 is very SM savvy and may be able to help to popularize this No suicide request and get it to attention of makers. 🙏😊 Hence tagging her here

Dear makers of GHKPM

As ardent viewers of the show and fans of the leads of the show Sai and Virat, we the audience are very much invested in their journey- the story of their love and their life. And we do understand that in the story, things cannot be hunky dory all the time and there are going to be misunderstandings and roadblocks. But we do ask that when you show these misunderstandings and troubles, you do not forget the personality of our leads

that you have painstakingly established over all the episodes thus far. We do want to see Sairat get over difficulties and triumph but not at the cost of butchering their core personality.

Since you are following the story of Kusum Dola- we know there will be a track of Sai and her college friend where Virat misunderstands her and gets possessive/jealous. We kindly ask that when you show this track, even if Sai get extremely hurt/upset please DO NOT show her attempt suicide. Because as impulsive as Sai is, she has already committed the act once and has learnt her lesson. It sends out a terrible message to have her once again attempt suicide. She is now a medical student who knows the value of life so as hurt/alone and wounded as she may be if her Virat Sir makes allegations about her, she should not be shown resorting to suicide attempt. Similarly please do NOT show her use suicide as a bait to get family to attend her college function. It's utterly ridiculous and makes light of a very serious issue. Please be a little creative and change the plot a little bit.

If you want to show Sai get injured and land up in the hospital thereby making Virat guilty and realize the magnitude of his words in Sai's life- there are many ways to do that WITHOUT suicide attempt. Similarly there are many ways to convince/trick family into coming for her college function that do not involve suicide drama.

While the original story certainly is a good one and following it had garnered you great TRPs thus far we do humbly ask that you do not copy every single thing from the show. We would like to be surprised as viewers and have the story adapted to suit Sai and Virat in todays time, and not be reduced to Sai and Virat acting as Rono and Imon.
