I hope but I don't have any expectations
If you say this, I am worried. Because you have seen KD, a supposedly worse version than Ghum.
My two cents about today:
I liked what Sunny spoke today.
And I am looking forward to Sairat scenes tomorrow. Their care for each other is so so evident, that it is cute. One feels like shaking both of them up, and locking them up in a room together...now you fight, make up, make out, do what you want!!
In the ITV format, I also understand that the couple's confession and consummation are the longest tracks.
Here, the realisation of love itself is taking so long. Again, it is selective because Virat has realised his love long ago. Am not getting into their dynamics because it is constantly being discussed.
But now, after 200 odd episodes, I am surprised that Pakhi's character still gets stronger, victimised dialogues, still manages to talk in such a clueless manner when she clearly has told Virat she doesn't care about Samrat.
And today, her acting, the combination of eye make up dripping and glycerine, God....it was quite unbearable.
AS much as we keep fighting Sai vs Virat, it is increasingly clear that the ML's character is being butchered to show PP as a victim. Very cleverly, or so the CV thinks he is very clever, they are following KD, but slip in extra reactions /dialogues for her.
What they do not realise is...Virat is the HERO of the show. Eventually, it will not not help the show if he is not shown to have any progress if he doesn't get stronger reactions to Pakhi who is clearly destroying his marriage. Or is preventing him from even beginning a relationship.
This is not about Sairat at all. I fail to understand this preference for a character so much. Do they honestly think her reactions bring in the TRPs? or the story from her POV brings in TRPs? Maybe they have done some analysis of the TRPs and hence so much attention??
It's not like I have not watched Desi TV before.
Someone enlighten me, I am truly confounded by this.
