Waise meko imlie aur uski khushi se zyada matlab hai isliye mere saath bhi mostly adi gets the short end of the stick, but mujhe love waali feelings pe poora bharosa hai bas recent 70+ episodes mein bohat interval mein adilie dikhaya aur bohat disconnect create kia main bhi confusiya gayi thi ke dono ko saath rehna pasand bhi hai ya nahi, but overall story ko dekho pata lagta hai how they love each other and are meant to be mujhe bsbb ka ‘hum tapdti dhoop mein jee rahe the tumne humein baarish mein bheegna sikhaya’ bohat acha laga tha those few words did describe the way she’s changed his heart and soul

Baat aisi hai though, main chahti imaliya alag raah chune phir bhi, thoda apne pe dhyaan de phir do teen saal mein bbsb se mil le but that’s just dil ki secret khwahish not in line with the story 😔

Yep I agree to this. All three shows have somewhat flawed and realistic ML. And if you see, there even the FL's are not perfect and all 3 triangles are extremely messy and very pulpy. I think isliye they are in the top 3 aur usi mein ghoomengi. Coz sach mein dino baad star plus is giving us such flawed characters on TV. Warna toh both FL and ML are always paragons of virtue jinke saath hamesha bura hota hai. These are better.

Main kuch nahi boloongi yahaan. Just ke fiction is meant to be consumed as fiction because they give you a whole background and progress of story and characters you can analyse and dissect to come to conclusions and make sense of. That is a harmful way to watch fiction in my opinion. I had a bad relationship too in some similar ways, I even said when I joined I related to the characteristics of Malini at the start but later on realised the character was quite different than what I thought and had to analyse from another pov. Because this is fiction keep it fiction. Many people attach different aspects of their life to fictional characters even beyond this one thing but woh ghuss toh nahi jaate in it na trying to find some revenge or personal gratification through it even if the story and characteristics are on a whole another plane. Ajeeb baat yaar, shows mein vamp banadete hai malini jaise hi situation mein characters ko tab yaad nahi aata yeh sab, tab unke saath acha hota hai? Itv mein acha characters only means how much sympathy you can bator and how much bechari or ‘good’ one is and that’s it, complexities and flaws unacceptable hai, oooofff

Mera matlab yeh tha, that you once mentioned that you felt that Imlie is more of an obsession for Adi, kyunki she shunned him, aur abhi because Malini door ho rahi hai, toh he may flip. I had read that in one of the threads and was pleasantly surprised to see someone here having that kind of an opinion, so it stuck with me. Kyunki yahaan generally 2 hi factions hai - one that loves Adi's character and his soul connection with Imlie and the other who bashes him for doing wrong with Malini and still ships Adini. Doosre faction ke log kam zaroor hue hain, but kabhi kabhi Wednesday/Thursday ko unke darshan ho jaate hain. Aapka opinion thoda alag hai isme se, so I remembered and mentioned.

Edit: oh ab samjhi, as a show toh meko bhi anupama acha lagta hai, I was talking about their male leads I don’t like them both 🤔 meko sirf adi acha lagta hai par usko bhi peet dene ko kabhi kabhi man karta hai despite him being well written, baaki do toh.. choro hi main shows dekhti tv torh di hoti 😆

So true. Me also cannot disengage myself from Imlie, no matter how much I try. Matlab roz subah reading the WU and then watching and then reading the comments on the forum has become like a routine that I do not want to break, no matter how faltu the episode may be. Aur kuch nahi toh purane epis dekh ke dil behlato hoon ki kya din the and then hope for the best.
