Her husband Angre is indeed treated like a servant. It's not just about whipping him. Every now and then...Vansh barks at Angre...Shut up...how dare you...get out!

And Angre never retaliates.

Yes, he is an employee. But he is also Ishani's husband. And sister's husband is ghar ka jamai who deserves a little bit more respect.

See I don't mind if Vansh sometimes snaps at Angre, or is rude to him. He is his boss, and like a big brother. People who are very close sometimes take such liberties with each other that they can't with others. They can fight, or be rude, or even get physical with each other. But, at the end of the day they have each other's backs. Though I'd prefer that this relationship was more two-sided tahn just Vansh growling at Angre all the time. But, I definitely have a problem with this whipping shit. And, not only because it was Angre, but because it's bloody disrespectful, barbaric, and inhumane in general. Don't know wtf was this stupid writer thinking😡
