Actually ipkknd was a show which survived solely on the basis of lead couples chemistry.it was always in the top 5 shows.no over the top dramas or anything else . The story revolved around the couple, and almost every episode had a lot of couple scenes. I wonder why there is a concept that romance does not work...and drama is necessary for trps🤔

He honestly was the sanest at one point 🤣 till day my favorite third angle (initially he did kinda like Khushiji). Him and Lavanya are the only 3rd angles I like in all of ITV.

He was simply hilarious... Nanaav Mere Bhai 🤣

That track was the cutest!! Yes, I would love to see a jealous Shiva and a scared Nanheji 😆 And Krish adding fuel to the fire 😆

I think a funny jealousy track would be cute. Shiva and his one liners would be epic. And a great scope to bring up their childhood. It can be through an old school friend, like you said. As long as it’s funny and nothing else.

Yeahh...nanheji was hilarious. I actually liked the show. Now when I look back at it I find a lot of problems on the characterisation of the make lead 😂...but they did a pretty gud job with the story and writing.

The one thing about good about that show was no saas-bahu crap and sacrifice. It was out and out a love story and still maintained a TRP of 2.5-3.0 at 8:00 pm time slot for the time it was on air.

Yess...it was a pure love story of a single couple.

And it worked wonders in terms of trps.

I think if you have a solid cast, good chemistry between the leads and scenes which explore their emotion properly, audience will watch the show.over the top dramas are not always necessary.
