I am forced to think that he still had something left for PP. He is too much into her than required. I hope Sai would not fall for his false assurances that he has moved on. The girl need to think with mind not with heart.
Nah, that's not true. I agree that he is not able to give her a secured environment or not ensuring that his family or friend don't abuse her, he also seems to be acting one way with his family and in extremes with Sai. His feelings for Sai is not strong enough or it lacks many elememts which is needed in a lover, in a husband. But I can say that he has no feelings for Pakhi. I have written what it is in my first comment in page 2.
They probably wanted to show that they not only copy from KD, can copy from Kuch Kuch hota hai too 🤣. I am also upset with this kind of scene, it ruins the moment for fans.
It does look out of place and I blame the cvs to have chosen to give this kind of a scene.
Virat holding Pakhi's hand was not needed but I am sure it was only because he would have felt that Pakhi would have thought that she did so much for him as a friend even when she didn't want to, but Virat was acting as if his work was over with her and started to hug his wife, as if ignoring her contribution in the skit. Though the scene was needed, it was to show that he does appreciate her contribution, it was a way of acknowledging that he is thankful to her that she helped him when he needed his friend. The scene was creativity shown by the team, but the meaning of it is nothing other than what I have stated.
I'm sorry to be blunt. But bhaad mein jaaye pp ki feelings! Aisa koi teer nahi maar diya hai that she needs to be acknowledged and thanked then n there. Its extremely sad that makers ruined such a beautiful hug scene of the lead couple to show another virat pp scene. Pp's contribution was not something earrh shattering. And I'm sick of him playing this "friendship" game with pp. Since they are anyway giving more virat pp scenes tomm, why not address his acknowledgement of her "contribution" then?! And maybe she can tell him how "hurt" she felt to see him hugging his wife and he can justify that too. Since virat needs to justify his feelings for his wife to pp.
I don't mean to rant at you. This is directed at makers. I am really upset with the makers today.

I know that he need not have held her hands, I agree. They wanted to show KKHH vibes I guess. I think it has also got to do with how some fan said that Pakhi harassed Virat in the hospital. They are probably hell bent on showing that Virat doesn't feel that way and that is why even yesterday rather than pulling his hand away from her hold, he gave her a stern look. They want to show that Virat thinks of Pakhi as a friend and never feels harassed by her.
Also In KKHH, he holds Tina's hand who is the woman he loves n marries. So if that's the parallel they want to draw then I'm SO done. 😡

@bold I know Neeraja, they ruined the scene for me too and I am extremely upset that they decided to show the hug this way and that too their first hug. I have mentioned in the other reply to Itelidevara that I doubt if they are probably trying to clear the harassment issue by adding such scenes.

Like Niraja said in KKHH ,he holds Tina ‘s hand whom he loved. So that is why the whole scene looked absurd . It looked like he doesn’t want to let go his love that is Pakhi though he really moved on as per his own admission to Pakhi. That is why I said in my previous comment that I am forced to think that he has something left for PP.

We fell this way if we think it from the same aspect as KKHH. To be frank, I also got irritated and it ruined my mood but I am actually upset with the makers and not the character Virat, if you see what I mean. In yesterday's episode, I saw the character Virat who was speaking softly to Pakhi trying to convince her to accept to take part in the script, today's episode was makers doing and has not to do with the character.
One more thing is that we can see it the other way round, they can't show exactly as in movies because the equations in our show is different. I heard even about the Rang de song on the day of Holi. I had no clue about the significance of the song but I guess even in that song, they had the roles reversed and hence Virat had applied sindoor on Sai's forehead.
Here too the roles are reversed I guess. Instead of Anjali who was just his best friend, it is Sai who is his wife in his arms, instead of Tina who was the love of his life, it is Pakhi who is his friend. Every scene can be looked at based on the story in the show. It has no connection with the story of KKHH at all.
Whatever it is, he could have called her and not held her hand and I blame the makers to have ruined it.

Yeh log ek hug ko bhi kitna complicated bana dete hai🤣
It didn't even look like Sairat were hugging for the first time. The Cvs didn't even show their reaction after the hug. Where was the tension? Where was the realisation that this was the first time they were this close? Just because they wanted to show the hand holding scene between a devar and bhabhi.
In which world will a Devar hold his Bhabhi's hand while hugging his wife?? 🤢🤢
