Bhanu knows about Vashma being pregnant lekin Saroj ko pata hai ki nai pata nai. Also they may have assumed that the baby died during Partition na..painful time of loss for millions. Maybe they dont wanna breach subject or like Bhanu forgot his family till they found him wo bhi bhul gaya..
