I think this merge could make more sense. Mai bas Hindi GEC ke baare mein soch rahi thi issliye bola thaa pehle viacom and sony should merge but now i feel Zee and Sony's merge could be more strong and practical. ViacomCBS and WarnerMedia's merge sounds better.

Hindi gec me bhi viacom-sony merger bahut overload nd monopoly type hoga nd in the end unko ek brand pe give up karna padega

I chose viacom-warner bcz iss merger se disney-star vibes aati hai .....like warner/discovery is weak in hindi gec sector nd viacom is strong same like disney-star .....plus warner se viacom ko jada strength milegi nd in coming years woh regional me jada ache se expand kar payenge but sony-viacom merger hua toh unko expand karne se jada most of channels pe giveup hi karna padega

In regional yah toh colors ko apne channel bandh karne padenge ya sony ko bcz dono hi non performing hai .....then hindi me bhi overload hone ke wajah se woh thik se handle nhi kar payenge but warner ke merger unko strong support milega.....unlimited hollywood content milega .....its win win situation for both the parties

Then zee-sony ka merger bhi successful rahega bcz jaha zee kamjor hai waha sony strong nd jaha sony kamjor waha zee strong so yeh win win situation hai
