Anokhi and Shaurya leave for Delhi in his car but their car breaks down on the way and I raining heavily. Shaurya gets down from the car to check it. It's slightly dark and because of heavy rain he can't spot the defect in the car. He goes to inform the same to Anokhi. He is drenched completely and is sneezing.
PS are you fine. You are sneezing so bad. You will fall sick get inside the car tells a worried Anokhi.
He sits but is shivering. Anokhi touches his forehead and realises he has fever.
PS do you have your luggage in the car, asks Anokhi.
Yes why, questions Shaurya.
You need to change PS else you will fall sick, says Anokhi.
Ohh I didn't know Mrs. Sabharwal that rain turns you romantic and you are asking me to get changed in the car, smirks Shaurya.
PS look you will fall sick. I am more concerned about your health right now and not anything else. You see there is an under construction building you can change there and I will wait. Also do you have a first aid box in your car, asks Anokhi rolling her eyes.
Girls should take classes from you on how to spoil your husband's mood. Yes there is first aid box in the dash box, tells an irritated Shaurya.
He goes to change while she looks for some medicine in the box and finds a strip of crocin. He comes back all changed but he is about to go around the car to sit at the driver seat. Anokhi stops him from doing so and tells him that he will be drenched again if he goes from that side and tells him to sit on the back seat. He sits and she hands him the tablet. She turns on the AC so he doesn't feel cold.
PS you lie down now and try to sleep else your fever will increase. We will see what we can do about the car in the morning, says Anokhi.
Shaurya lies down but he is unable to sleep as he is uncomfortable because one he couldn't fit in and and second without a pillow his neck was getting sprained. So he sits back and supports his head on the window. All this is noticed by Anokhi. So she moves to the back seat from inside the car.
What are you doing, questions a bewildered Shaurya.
Come here PS, Anokhi indicates towards her lap.
Shaurya understands and feels happy. He places his head in her lap and adjusts himself. Though he still doesn't fit but he manages. She caresses his hair to make him sleep.
Kuch b keh lo tum Anokhi but Mrs. Sabharwal to tum maanti ho khud ko, says Shaurya kissing her hand.
Anokhi hides her blush and doesn't respond to him. After sometime medicine starts showing its effect and Shaurya sleeps but Anokhi is just looking at him and caressing his hair.
Just then there is a knock on her window and Anokhi is shocked to see Shagun. Shagun is equally shocked to find the two of them together and in such a position. Shagun starts shouting at her so Anokhi carefully places Shaurya's head on the seat and steps out of the car.
Please Shagun mam dheere baat kijiye, inki mera matlab hai Shaurya sir ki tabyat theek nai hai, says Anokhi while dragging her away from the car.
I don't get this, you should have been in Delhi Anokhi, for the seminar but what are you doing here that too with Shaurya, questions Shagun.
I missed my bus mam and then Sir offered to drop me but the car broke down and he wasn't feeling well so we were stuck here, explained Anokhi.
Take this cab Anokhi and head to Delhi. I will look after Shaurya, suggested Shagun smirking.
Mam I will not leave sir like this. He will look for me once he wakes up and will get worried, says Anokhi.

Shaurya didnt tell you about the engagement. Strange. Infact I specifically asked him yesterday had he told you but he didn't respond, says a smiling Shagun.
Anokhi is baffled and remembers her sister's words and thinks how wrong she was. She stands there like a statue while Shagun rejoices thinking she has finally thrown Anokhi out of Shaurya's life.
Anokhi take this cab and head to Delhi. I wouldn't have done this for you but since you are representing SIAC, I have to. It's reputation matters a lot to me just like it matters to Shaurya. So please leave, commands Shagun.
Anokhi without any further questions sits in the cab and leaves for Delhi with tears trickling down her eyes. Shagun takes Anokhi's place in the car and places Shaurya's head in her lap.
After about half an hour of Anokhi's leaving Shaurya wakes up and is shocked to see Shagun. He looks around for Anokhi but doesn't find her. He gets down to look for her and then questions Shagun about Anokhi.
I asked her to leave for Delhi as there was no need for her to stay with you when I was here, told Shagun.
What the hell do you mean you sent her to Delhi? Dimag kharab hogaya hai tumhara. Tumne aisa karne ka socha b kaise aur aise kaise chali gayi Anokhi, said a furious Shaurya.
Shaurya tum itna gussa kyun ho rahe ho. Ofcourse she had to leave. She had no right to stay here with you when your fiancee was here. I told her the same thing and I guess she understood my point, told Shagun.
What did you tell her? You and me are engaged. I haven't seen a dumb girl like you Shagun. Didn't you get it that I have no interest in you. I made you wear this just because of Badi maa. Here take my ring for this doesn't mean anything to me. And I promise if anything wrong happens with Anokhi I will not spare you, says an angry Shaurya.
What is this Shaurya? Where are you going? Stop you can't go like this. You can't leave me here, complains Shagun.
I have to go to Anokhi as soon as possible. She is new here and how could you let her go alone that too at this time. How did she go? shouts Shaurya.
She went in the same cab that I had booked from Chandigarh, informed Shagun.
Shaurya takes the details from Shagun and leaves but before leaving he asks Shagun to book herself another cab back to Chandigarh and pray that Anokhi is safe. Shaurya tracks the cab but is worried to see that the cab isn't moving. He speeds up his car in that direction and prays for her safety. He reaches the spot and gets down from his car. He looks into the car but it's empty.
He looks around and shouts for Anokhi but recieves no response. He stands there looking around in frustration when he hears a voice. His Anokhi's voice. Anokhi shouts PS first and then Shaurya siirrrrrrr. Shaurya turns around and realises that it's coming from the jungle. He moves forward and the sight shocks him.
He sees Anokhi completely drenched and tied to a tree. The driver was sitting in front of her drinking.
Driver: let my friends come. Today we all are going to enjoy this milky skin of yours.
Hearing this Shaurya clenched his fist and pounced on the driver. He falls on the mud and shaurya sits on him and punched him hard on the face till he starts bleeding.
How dare you think about touching my wife? How? shouts an angry Shaurya.
Shaurya leaves the driver when he realises he is unconscious. He stands up and looks at Anokhi who is shivering. He proceeds towards her, unties her and she just hugs him. She cries profusely while he hugs her back with tears in his eyes.
Tum theek ho Anokhi, asks Shaurya wiping tears at the corner of his eyes.
Anokhi nods but doesn't leave his embrace. He takes her to the car and makes her sit inside. He goes and sits on the driver seat and starts driving. Anokhi holds his hand and realises he is burning with fever. She notices that he isn't talking to her. She looks at him and realises he is crying.
PS aap mujhse baat kyun nai kr rahe, asks a concerned Anokhi.
Before Shaurya could reply he feels dizzy and almost escapes an accident by stopping the car on the side. Both look at each other concerned.
PS I think we should stay here only. You aren't feeling well and I don't think you can drive, suggests Anokhi.
We have entered Delhi but the venue is far from here. We can stay in that hotel for the night, tells Shaurya.
Anokhi accepts and Shaurya with much difficulty drives towards the parking of the hotel. He takes out his luggage and goes to book a room holding Anokhi close to him. They are given a room and they proceed towards it.
Before you argue with me Anokhi on why I booked a single room for the two us, let me tell you they had only one vacant room so I didn't have any other option, says Shaurya coldly.
Shaurya leaves the room and comes back after almost half an hour with a bag in his hand. He places it on the table and spots Anokhi on the sofa but sleeping. He takes medicine and heads to the washroom to change. Once he comes out Anokhi is all angry and shouts at him for leaving without informing her
Ye sab baad main karna. Take this and change first. You will fall sick says Shaurya handing her the bag.
She goes to change and sees Shaurya has got a blue saree for her with a sleeveless blouse. She smiles seeing it but then remembers Shagun's words and sheds tears. She wears the saree because she didn't want to be sick and miss the seminar. She comes out and he is awestruck. She has kept all her hair on one side.
Shaurya controls himself and doesn't say a word to her. Anokhi is surprised as to why isn't he talking to her when she should be the one to be angry. Not able to control she went to question him about all the things that Shagun had told her.
Mujhe samjh nai aaraha aap kyun mujhse baat nai kr rahe hain jabki gussa to mujhe hona chahiye asks an angry Anokhi.
Tumhe kyun gussa aaraha. Tumhe to meri baat k bagair har kisi insaan ki baaton pe bharosa hota haina. Tumne socha b kaise ki tum aise akele itni raat ko Delhi chali jaogi. Waise to bahut intelligent lagto ho tum. Pata b hai tumhe kaisa rasta hai ye, questioned Shaurya.
Aapko kya farak padta hai. Main kabhi b kahin b jawun. Aapki to fiancee aagayi thi na aapke paas. To phir Anokhi jiye ya mare us se aapko kya lena dena, stated Anokhi.
Pinning Anokhi to the wall, Shaurya says mujhe farak nahi padta. Theek hai. Tumne kar liya na Shagun ki baat ka yakeen to phir tumne ye mere naam ka sindoor kyun lagaya hai abhi b. Mita do na isse, tries to wipe it off but Anokhi pushes him.
Pagal hogaye ho kya aap. Aise kaun sindoor mita ta hai. Aapko jo krna hai karo aap, jisko ring deni hai do, but never dictate terms to me, shouts Anokhi.
Tumne b sab ki tarah mujhe nahi samjha na Anokhi. How many times I told you that I have changed my perceptions. I am a changed man now but you never believed me and Shagun came to you and told you once that we are engaged, you chose to believe her and left me their with her. Tomorrow somebody will come and say something else to you. You will hand me over to her. Where do I stand in your life Anokhi? Says a dejected Shaurya.
PS, I.....
No Anokhi let me finish. Did I not come to your hostel and said I wanted to tell you something important but we couldn't talk. I had come to tell you about the engagement. I am not denying that I made her wear the ring but it was only because Badi maa had a heart attack. She wanted me to do so. But believe me Anokhi I had no consent in it. I love you and will always do so, says Shaurya holding his face in his palms.
Miss Bhalla, you found out that my perceptions are wrong. I am misogynist. I don't want an ambitious wife. You always thought your Aastha mam was wronged but did you ever come to me and try to reason with me as to why do I have such thinking. Did you ask me why do I think like that about career oriented woman? asks a teary eyed Shaurya.
PS why did you call me Miss Bhalla, asked Anokhi sadly.
What else should I call you? You don't accept me as your husband. You don't accept our marriage. You have left me no other option, pointed out Shaurya.
Anokhi stands there pondering over his words and realises that whatever Shaurya said was true. She never asked him anything but only judged him and bashed him for the same time and again for being rude to Aastha mam.
Anokhi had seen her PS in such a vulnerable state for the first time and it was only because of her. He was crying because of her and her judgements. She moves towards him. He is sitting on the sofa and she kneels in front of him. She holds his face and wipes his tears. He pulls her up and makes her sit beside him and hugs her tightly. He cries profusely not leaving her.
PS I am sorry for being so judgemental. I am sorry for never hearing your side of the story. I am sorry for making you feel so vulnerable. I am so so sorry, please forgive me. Please, says Anokhi still hugging him.
Shaurya releases himself from her hold while Anokhi wipes his tears and kisses his eyes soothing the burning sensation due to fever. He makes him stand and makes him lie down on the bed while she sits by his side caressing his hair. Shaurya stops her hand and adjusts his head on her lap. She starts caressing his hair again.
Anokhi you know what, says Shaurya but Anokhi cuts him in the middle saying he needs to rest as his fever seems to have increased.
Please don't stop me. I don't know if I will ever be able to say this again, says Shaurya and looks up to her for an answer. She bends down and kisses his forehead signaling him to continue.
You know what Anokhi I was just 4 years old when your Aastha Mam left me. Maybe she had her resaons but I missed my mother always when I was a kid. Everyone was with me but still I missed my mom. I missed being around her when I came back from school. I missed her when I used to do my homework. I was just 4 Anokhi and I couldn't find any satisfying reason of why my mother left me. Then when I grew up was mature enough, I heard my family talking how she left me for her career and how after that no woman was allowed to work in Sabharwal House. This is how my perception shaped against ambitious and working women. Now you tell me if I am at fault, said Shaurya snuggling into her waist and crying.
PS please stop crying please. I am so sorry. But see this will affect your health says Anokhi trying to see his face.
Shaurya tightens his hold across her. Anokhi let's him be, thinking he will be better caressing his hair. After sometime Anokhi doesn't feel any movement and sees that Shaurya has slept. She wipes his tears and makes him comfortable on her lap but he wakes up with a jolt and hugs Anokhi.
Anokhi please dont go anywhere, says a frightened Shaurya.
PS I am here only. See. I am not going anywhere. I am with you, says Anokhi holding his face.
Anokhi cries seeing him in such a disheveled state. She touches her forehead with his and they remain like that for sometime. Anokhi realises he has fever and makes him lie down. Shaurya doesn't leave her hand and she also lies down placing her head on his chest while he tightens the grip around her waist.
After sometime Anokhi looks up and sees him sleeping peacefully. She wipes a tear from the corner of her eye thinking how much pain her PS had within himself. She made up her mind to mend things with him and accept their relation with all her heart because no matter what she loved her PS a lot and she would help him in changing his perceptions.
